A combination of:
1) WANTING TO BE LIKED
Based on some observations of actual IRL cuckservatives that were supposedly Trump supporters, they have a deep craving of social acceptance (like anyone does). In a world where Leftists are the most deeply unpleasant, loudest, and control media organs (making them look more dominant than they are), that puts a very heavy pressure on societycucks to join them. We all more or less know this, what's surprising is just how extreme the effect on society can be and how this manifests itself in other aspects of life. At the end of the day, we see that conservatives tend to couch their arguments in terms of appealing to the same values as Leftists (hence mainstream conservatives always fixating on Black on Black murders and not, say, Black on White murders) and implicitly accepting the Left's moral framework, whereas the Left just shouts louder and acts pompous. The Left acts big and people believe it.
2) MISPLACED TRUST IN AUTHORITY
Cuckservatives are huge on muh police, muh army, lot of things. Put someone in a uniform and they'll beg to slobber their knob. I'm one of the more pro-police people around here, because I live in rural areas where the police are friendly and I'm not a douchebag so I don't talk my way into tickets. But that loyalty is conditional; I'm well aware of the concept of anarcho-tyranny. Conservatives support authority for principled reasons, but they:
A) Trust authority way too much, don't seem to understand that things can change (like the army becoming full of Latino auxiliaries lead by Obama political appointee generals, or the police in big cities being useless stooges of Globohomo)
B) Get so caught up in the symbolism of authority that they forget the principle behind it, making them loyal to institutions that no longer support their own interest
3) LAZY FUCKING COWARDS
The cuckservative is ultimately too lazy and comfortable to fight. It's a myth that a society has to be poor to have civil wars, but what is different now is there a population so shielded from casual violence and mild suffering that it cannot bear the thought of having to exert itself to do anything. The way the conservative shields themself from the tension of being a worthless worm is by kicking the issue down the hill. ONE DAY people will rise up. ONE DAY it will be A STEP TOO FAR. And then that day never comes, no matter how many "Rubicons" the Left has crossed.
4) BRAIN AIDS
Because they don't control academia and the media anymore (which was a choice), they developed a strong anti-intellectual streak that makes them ineffective at countering mainstream Leftist narratives and they developed an inferiority complex that reinforces #1 and #3.
5) DESPERATION
Being so feeble and ineffective, anybody that seems slightly credible or sympathetic becomes a hero to the Right. Thus they still worship Trump with messianic fervor even after he pardoned rappers and illegal-hiring Jewish businessmen instead of the January 6 crowd, they suck up to every based minority conservative they can (nothing wrong with minority conservatives, but they do it in a cringey way and try to claim demographics that ARE NOT on their side), and they fall victim to scammers and frauds. I remember once that the Alt-Right was actually making a literal whore (Tia Tequila) into a mouthpiece of their side.
