Not exactly sure what you're saying. That there were instances where Praetor members were involved/present alongside Flutter? If that's what you're getting at, I agree that's significant and good work putting it together. Still, it doesn't prove she is purely a handler, not by a long shot. Chris is intimately involved with Caden. Speaking hypothetically, if he did have true and honest sweetheart, she would be associated with Praetor as well via her boyfriend. Praetor could have have played some role in getting them together and that wouldn't make her fake or not a real gal pal.

Personally, I think the most likely scenario is that she is a genuine gal pal in the vein of Wallflower or Megan rather than Fiona. That is to say that she genuinely likes Chris but isn't really attracted to him sexually. Could be that she wants a sterile romantic relationship because she isn't into sex. If this is the case, she is obviously 'tarded to some degree. I choose not to believe that she is genuinely romantically/sexually into him, but I have to admit it is a possibility given Fiona.

Anyway, I want to be clear that I think your theory, that she is more or less purely a handler, is plausible as well. I will certainly not be shocked if that turns out to be the case but as it stands that is far from proven. The fact that they do hold hands and kiss is just a bit much. Back to point 2, I'm just quibbling with the language you used, saying 'most likely' when it's just an educated guess with very limited information.
