Making a bait site on Tor - yea about her speed.
Gather names of customers/future victims and perhaps the actual torswats will screw up and get nabbed. Lets her play hacker while messing up any investigation because of her skill level.

Sometimes I feel bad for Pat since the pest do a bit of a-logging. But they mostly just text him and tweet at him, something he could easily stop. But then he acts like a dick to randos and suddenly you wish he gets rapped by the pepperoni ingredients.
Pest and Kiwis set aside their differences to pay Patrick's Bail. Patrick then claims he used the money from his upcoming book to pay. No amount of proof will stop him from claiming otherwise

To add to the skepticism, the more you SWAT a person the less likely the police will respond with lethal force. Jackie sounds like someone dumb enough to believe that local police would believe every report about an armed hostage situation coming from the same address even as these come in for weeks or months. To her, they aren't people, just tools you point at your enemies and who shoot if you give them the right inputs.
I'm not surprised she would up her multiple cases of defamation to fabricating evidence to further defame people. It's very common with the type.
