The FBI isn't going to "wait" for some criminally-adjacent moron to send them "affidavits" about anything. That's why they ask for "tips" only so they can investigate it properly (and ideally, legally) not have some schizo afraid of hotel fire alarms dump pages of nonsense on them.

Does she not understand the simple concept of multiple people having the same name? Keith is a common name and Markovich is a common enough surname, I bet there's at least half a dozen called that in the US of A alone.
