jet has stated explicitly that you cant plan for fishtank. he got this idea because all his shitty plans for season 1 fell through immediately and thought “well if these plans were bad then that means its impossible to plan for and i have to come up with everything on the fly”.

im paraphrasing but he has said this on video.

Does this retarded wigger not understand contingency planning? No wonder none of the crew knew how to play chess...

Define exactly what the role of fish, production, sad freeloaders are, and what they are allowed to do or not do. What are the rules of the game?
I agree that this is the primary issue with Fishtank going forward.
Every successful show with contestants and elimination that I can think of has an iconic ruleset. It makes it engaging for an audience because you can think "What would I do in this situation".
I think it would be beneficial to cook up a ruleset that forces the fish to be active and do things that make the stream more interesting of their own accord or risk elimination. It's not as compelling when the production is trying to inorganically force the drama.

Probably not. Or maybe he does, but he's too busy comparing himself to Kubrick to put in the effort. To Soundcloud rappers, stupidity is the highest virtue, so the more stupid shit comes out of their mouth, the more holy and chaste they are.

I'm fairly certain Sam said he's had the idea for "HellHouse" for years but could never find the time, resources, or initiative to put it together. After the iDubbbz doc hit and MDE got a resurgence in popularity, Sam bounced the idea off of Jet, who was receptive to it and agreed to help out. I'm not saying Jet has made zero contribution to the project, but telling Sam "Good idea, let's do it" and doing gruntwork like putting out casting calls, installing cameras, or unloading a U-Haul hardly counts as being a co-creator or director.
Ah cool, Thanks for clearing that up!

if you fuck with a man's anything, the expectation should be that they're going to bonk you over the head, or you're provoking them to bonk them over the head before they can bonk you - it's fundamental aspect of how men socialise, and the fundamental expectation that makes men respect each others boundaries as a general rule
when you try socialising generations men to adopt to female mode of interpersonal interaction across the board through mixed sex schooling, you get situations where women cross boundaries like men but then expect the men to respond like women

"we trained him wrong, as a joke"
You want to spend more time with men got it bud.

The earliest mention I can think of the "hellhouse" concept was on PGL where Sam said he wanted to give homeless people caffeine pills and hammers then put them in a house and film it. That was 2-3 years ago give or take.

The story is that HellHouse was going to be a skit, not an actual reality show. Jet said "What if we did it for real?" and that's how FishTank came about. And remember during S1, Sam was filming World Peace 2 and actually wasn't much involved in FishTank beyond showing up as Goldstriker. I think Jet earned co-creator/director.

love her or hare her; britteny has produced as much or more content than all the girls combined so far (except summer)

Ah cool, Thanks for clearing that up!
fishtank is the legal version of hell house which was apparently inspired by iceposeidons “prison stream”. sam spitballed ideas like putting estrogen in jello, only appearing on the show in pre-recorded videos, and replacing all the toilet paper with bread.

3:40pm tank time, Tay is sitting alone in living room alone while racewar happens in doghouse, looking like she's ready to leave. She then moves to lounge, where Brit asks her why she has her stuff, Tay says she's just protecting her things.

There was an adversarial discussion in BR3 between Tay and the other girls. She doesn't trust TJ either. The Jimmy elimination may have pushed Tay over the edge (maybe in a good way) to begin taking the game seriously. If I were the Wiggers, I would not TOUCH THIS STORY BECAUSE THEY WILL FUCK IT UP, JUST LET IT HAPPEN NATURALLY.

^^I remember this part, I always loved the caffeine pills and hammers idea.

Yeah that kind of is more aligned with what I remembered.
I dont think Jet was some mastermind behind every little detail, but I thought he was one a key part of putting it together originally

Yeah I remember that being discussed too.
Its been too long though, my memory is pretty foggy with the origin of it all

i heard tay call tj a bad liar, qrd? autocam yt restream is forcing me to watch the nigger chimpout

I liked Jimmy, I didn't realise he was that fucking unhinged though. Knowing a little about his history that has been posted about here, I really hope they get that dude some help or he's gonna be in prison for the rest of his life. No matter the reasoning behind what he did, he crossed a line, he had to go after that.

I think fishtank fucked up by provoking him, and ruined what could have been a week long bit of slowing building the pressure while keeping a lot better eyes on him. All that said, I do hope the unhinged dude gets soem help, but looking at how they sort fo threw jon to the wolves, I don't think you can depend on jet/sam and crew to help him at all.

Mostly, it sucks because Jimmy drove content.

He had to settle for autists, whatever the hell they gave them before the IQ tests, and a croquet mallet

This wasn't brought up, but Frank originally planned to tag team with Jimmy. One could only imagine the content these two would've produced, but alas, it seems he has to go solo.
