User @Sprate Header has been accused of crimes punishable by death by lolcow Elaine Miller, however these accusations are dubious at best. In the spirit of democracy, I have elected to create an open forum to discuss the supposed crimes committed by Sprate and decide whether or not we sentence him to death by throwing him into a pit of tranny VTubers who have been deprived of their electronics and dilators for no less than two weeks.

You can come say if you are for or against the death of Sprate and contribute whatever you see fit but it must stay relatively on topic. I will be overseeing the proceedings of this court and only offering the bare minimum of mediation.

Sprate may also argue for himself. Voting will be open until a decision has been made and the trannies have been sufficiently prepared through deprivation.

The entire population of Portugal, speaking on behalf of @Sprate Header, your honour. Apologies in advance for the garbled syntax and poor grasp of legal terminology and concepts, IANAL but we are the best public defender that was available to Sprate at such short notice.

Although guilty of a certain level of unseemly symbiosis with his accuser, Sprate does mostly good work and keeps the thread entertaining and parseable during times of plenty and alive during days of little milk. They are also willing to keep half an eye on the plaintiff's various social media feeds which saves the rest of us a frankly tedious job.

We put to you that their actions do not constitute weening or poo-touching (although they may at times approach it) and that their contributions to the thread and the wider site are, on balance, positive and entertaining. They should not be put to death or made to watch that video of Elaine pissing herself on repeat while classical music plays, a la the denouement of A Clockwork Orange.

Thank you for considering our submissions, yer honour, please also take into account the good works our client has done in other threads and the fact that unlike the plaitiff, they have never (to our or public knowledge) cut Dear Feeder's name into their thighs on camera or made friends with a bunch of paedophiles while claiming to be a victim of underage revenge porn or whatever she is calling 'that video' today.

Elaine is welcome to make a formal list of accusations but in essence it's just Sprate Bad and I'm here to open up the discussion.

There a clear difference to being a grinning neghole pozzer and someone that just flew too close to the sun. Have we not all wanted to admire Icarus, your honor? Is not greatness a risk? Again, the guy documents like Ethan Ralph when he knows he wants revenge. The volume alone is impressive enough to excuse most oopsies.

Well said... he is wading though a veritable torrent of Elaine's bullshit to bring us the buckets of milk that he does, and her getting angrily, hornily obsessed with the top posters in her thread is pretty much par for the course at this point—it's more a hazard of the job than something Sprate has invited or chosen.
