That's not the argument at all, Trump's arguing that he personally can't be prosecuted for actions as President which may be stupid but is well established in the law. This does not mean that Biden can murder Trump unless he does it himself as President somehow. Nobody else in the government has this protection and it would be illegal for them to follow any orders, so the President has to do it himself.

I already know what Jennifer would say if I asked if he'd like this changed so we could charge the guy before Trump for the murder of two American citizens he ordered? He'd say "enjoy prison, stalker."

It's such a well-established legal principal that most judges get a lawsuit with a president's name on it, and deny it at the first hearing, if not before. Plenty of legal lolcows try these lawsuits and they never go anywhere. The rule's just different for El Trump-o because he's totally a fascist, that's why the retarded lawsuits during his presidency were treated with kid gloves, like that joke of a defamation case with the woman who said he raped her in the changing room of a very popular, very busy business in Midtown Manhattan with no one noticing or hearing anything. About as valid as pre-internet lunatic Cathy O'Brien filing lawsuits about being turned into a mind-controlled sex slave by the Bush family and the Monarch Project.

He's not smart enough to realize that this is a distraction and he's falling for it based off a single tweet from a guy reporting what someone else said, Trump needs to show he was acting as President and not as a private individual. Jennifer thinks the prosecutors are dumb enough to try and charge him as acting as President rather than he was trying to benefit himself outside his powers.
