but i want to reiterate a point ive made elsewhere. the "passive fish" problem is entirely (and i mean entirely) productions fault. all of the fish are very capable of being entertaining if theyre not left unattended for eight hours straight. look at what TJ is doing right now for example. same with all the fish from season 1 and 2 (except jon, fatty, and jimmy), theyre only passive when theyre allowed to be.

The wiggers have fucked up with two seriously mentally ill people this season already. I really hope that if they do season 3 they either pick contestants who are funny, but actually controllable and stable enough not to endanger everyone else. That's why Cole and JC leaving was so bad and it sucks that Jimmy couldn't just keep his hands to himself.
If he just kept sperging and fucking shit up it would've been fine. But no, Tard Jimmy is too unhinged to not instantly fly into a rage over nothing.

Also people arguing whether he actually was trying to hit her or missed on purpose are wasting their time, doesn't matter what he was thinking at the time and you won't ever know. he did something along the lines of plagarizing like two different books and mashing them together. on top of being significantly more ESL than his accent leads you to believe. in context the book was explicitly about camper + camper and counselor + counselor relationships. the one passage where he mentions camper + counselor, he says something along the lines of "wait until they are 18 and you should probably quit your job". i have always thought sam implying he was a pedo was fucked up but damn was it funny.

honestly i think the situation a lot like simmons, rather than jon, who ive seen comparisons to. jon had given up and was essentially tapped for content. simmons created some hilarious moments and probably wouldve made a lot more if he stayed, but the manner in which he got kicked was so cataclysmically funny that the juice was worth the squeeze imho. i however never found jimmys ramblings that entertaining so i get if people miss his buzzing. i would trade a thousand hours of jimmy rambling for that blow up.

I was mostly being contrarian, I think Jimmy made a lot of the content I enjoy, if you go back to the beginning of season 2 here in the thread Jimmy came in pretty funny and entertaining and I was very much rooting for him in the tank. I do think he was a known liability after he headbutted that one chick in the kitchen for "not carrying her weight" when he was clearly just as much at fault for not carrying his. I think he should have been taken aside then and pulled into the basement (All I remember was sam talking to him on camera in one of the bedrooms) and read the riot act. Should have been told that if he so much as seemed like he was going to pull that again he was fucking gone. That didn't happen, they pushed him into a constant state of agitation. Jimmy absolutely fucked up by shoving her and throwing the mallet. I think he realised how badly he fucked up and didn't really put up much of a fight about being rightfully kicked.

I think they should have some sort of rules laid out to keep that sort of shit from going down, if nothing more than covering their asses. Now all that being said, jimmy was absolutely unhinged when it comes to women in the tank, the meg stuff was a red flag, I don't think he crossed any lines there at all. And I guess a lot of the reason why i'm going so hard in the direction of defending jimmy is seeing all the people just acting like he decided out of hte blue to stomp her guts out, and that jimmy has beaten tons of women in his past. I think the tank is gonna be boring for a bit without Jimmy, before the others adjust to the lack of him. And I truly home he gets some sort of help to deal with his past trauma and clear aggression. i agree with pretty much all of that. i sadly think jimmy cant learn though. someone did a good write up of his interview with brian and it was clear that hes not capable of self reflection or taking accountability. same as with the taylor situation; immediately after he sat down at the bar he was bragging about getting her kicked cause he thought she left. once he realized he was in trouble he started spinning it into a woe is me apology. sam gave him as stern of a talking to as possible trying to make the situation clear to him and it just didnt stick whatsoever. whatever happened in his childhood clearly affected his behavior in nearly irreparable ways. it was obviously exaggerated by the situation but "drunk words are sober thoughts".

Even in S1, in retrospect, he was biased towards Josie and just had luck that the majority of viewers were insane josiecels like him so her popularity driven victory wasn't that controversial. The problem here in S2 is that his succubus groupies are very unlikable and now the bias is a lot more obvious.

His place really is next to Nick on Scuffed Realtor, he performed best over there and not in positions he is obviously incompetent at. I hope Frank allies with Tay and actually hassles Goran and his bitches the most out of everyone, they deserve it.
