Being numb in that area is actually rather fortunate for him. It could be much, much worse. Neuralgia (nerve pain) is the most difficult form of pain to treat. It's practically immune to most forms of pain management. If he's already on opiates (which is likely) and he developed severe intractable nerve pain, he'd have little to no way of relief. The answer to his situation is not more surgery, and wanting to further wreck his body for the coom is proof enough that he has not learned a single thing. Also, is he really gay? Currently 5 1/2 weeks post-op, had govt funded surgery in nz, please note any possible revisions are only available if functional issues are found and that criteria is very small. Unfortunately i didnt get to choose my surgeon or could i afford private surgery.

Wondering if my surgeon has made my labia minora too short, or if its just inflammation from healing thats keeping it higher up, my urethra is currently hidden under a pouch of skin(dot for approx location).
will i need a revision to stretch the labia minora further down or will this change in a few weeks, atm i hate how she looks, very depressed and spiralling

There's nerve damage as in cleanly severed nerves which have a fair chance of regeneration and there's haphazard ripping up and out the nerves along with the tissue that housed them. It's puzzling to me that the srs field has butchers who were previously decent reconstruction surgeons, you'd think they would know this better than anyone. It's not that he has certain opinions, it's that his opinion is still completely insane and detached from reality. For him to go through the shit that he did and still not recognize it for the evil that it is tells me he's completely clueless. Of course the doctors downplay the risks/don't address the complications, because they are technically not even practicing medicine, they're practicing sales. There is no standard of care/procedure regarding SRS (or the diagnosis of gender dysphoria, for that matter) because it's all experimental at this point. The troons willingly sign their rights away by signing those "informed consent" waivers, and of course the real question is whether or not mentally ill autists can consent, but it's really a catch 22; if they're too mentally incapacitated to understand informed consent, can they really be trusted to really be suffering from gender dysphoria, let alone diagnose this in themselves and just demand "affirmation"? The troons with moderate levels of intelligence understand this contradiction, and try to shy away from lifting the matter for debate, as it would expose the massive holes in their ideology.

This Tulip dude is proof that detransitioners don't really "change" at their core just because they've turned their back on the so-called trans movement; they're exactly like the people on My 600 Lb Life who manage to lose some weight but adopt other - sometimes worse - coping mechanisms instead now that they can't gorge on junk food all day to numb their pain. For some it's alcohol, for others it's oxy. The Tulip dude is still full of self-hatred, still chasing the impossible "surgical fix", still looking for the final coom. He could try to accept himself as a neutered man and the limitations that come with it, but no... That would require actual work on his part, and some painful realizations.
