I hope that they figure out what happened to Élora. She seemed like such a good woman. I know she's retarded, but her Frenchness endeared herself to me. Either that or my philosemitic brain picked up on the absolute unit that is her nose:

Jean-François almost certainly killed her. When this case blows open, it's gonna read like a French soap opera.

Absolutely, people were talking about the Kohberger student killing case earlier and it was exactly the same. They stated some information initially, but then said very little as a result a lot of know nothing "True Crime" YouTubers fat women who let cats piss all over their houses who actually know nothing about the subject they obsess over were declaring the Idaho police had fumbled the bag.

When what really happened was the Police had the guy, they worked to get their case airtight arrested, interviewed and charged him, then released enough information to demonstrate to the public it was a job well done.

It's hard to tell if this case is advancing, partly because they have said nothing - but sometimes this is a good sign, as it could mean their lines of inquiry are yielding results so why make public appeals? I guess unless they make an arrest, we will only really know if this has gone cold when they declare it as such. I wonder how long that takes for the RCMP...

That's what's unique here: This case was born cold. She wasn't even reported missing until almost five months after JF murdered her she disappeared.

On top of all of that....I have the strong hunch that the RCMP are disinterested, undermanned, and, frankly, incompetent. But even with A+ investigators, a five-month head start covering up a murder is almost unfathomable. You have to credit JF for that: He gambled that he could get her family and friends to not report her missing, and he succeeded.

In 2022, homicide rate for Prince Edward Island was 0 per 100 000 population.

The only experience the PEI rcmp have with murder is watching CSI on tv. They are however a federal police force and can probably call on other experts in the force.

Potentially, but then again we don't know what the RCMP know. Their investigation might be providing results and their silence may be intended to avoid alerting JF - or any other perpetrators - to this fact.

There was a claimed sighting three days after he dropped her off, and this was miles away on the mainland in Moncton. I do question how they confirmed this was her, as any description was provided months later and CCTV wouldn't be saved since then. However, they claim to have received lots of tips about the case and yet only released this information - maybe it's well corroborated.

I am going with the assumption that the claimed sightings were honest mistakes and if they were correct, we probably would not have seen the Missing Persons report.

I guess Mama JF could have come to a grizzly end by someone other than JF, if she really did decide to become a female 007, but leaving behind a 2 year old and sub-6 month old child, is hard for me to reconcile, and is why I think that JF killed her and she never left of her own volition.

The right answer is the simplest. That it's simply not true. We all saw "le footage" in question. It didn't prove squat. There were plenty of questions. Eventually people remember faces. People remember paper trails.

It's a fucking murder case guys. These take MONTHS, maybe even YEARS to crack. We're in it for the long haul and we're just going to have to have faith.

If you faggots really wanted to speed run this and get an arrest as quickly as possible, and I'm not encouraging this, then you should've reached out to a journoscum pitching the story a long time ago. There are plenty of journoscum out there evil and desperate enough to write a puff piece or two and get a media storm brewing around JF. You could've put a spotlight on it and pressured the RCMP to act. It's Canada. They'd have no qualms against violating basic human rights and throwing JFG under the bus. Any faggot here could've done this, and we probably would've had a confession by now. I don't encourage it, but nobody was stopping anybody from nudging a desperate journo to make some career moves it. That being said, much like Mama JF's body, the story is cold and there's no hype about it anymore. So you're in for the long haul. Stop complaining and enjoy the ride.

Some journalists have already written hit pieces, even some main stream press news outlets. Clearly what they have written has not been sufficient for the RCMP to start busting down doors and violating JF"s rights to secure a conviction through underhanded means. I think you would need to have some very damning hit pieces coordinated to get the effect you are looking for. A) No one here could pull that off even if we wanted to. B) JF isn't important enough for a leftist with connections to mount a full court press like that.

It is possible that someone could dig up some clips from JF and send them to the RMPC that would give the RMPC probable cause to get a warrant for a search. Of course if the RMPC really wanted to do that, I think they would have done so themselves already. Also that last time JF mentioned talking to the RCMP, he was still answering the door when they woke him up each morning and he was voluntarily going down to police headquarters to be interviewed.

My best guess is that the RMPC expect that his house has already been scrubbed well over the past few months. Busting in now won't yield better results than if they do it later. As long as JF keeps on talking, the better chance that the RMPC will trip him up. Without a body, cornering him in an interrogation seems like the easiest play to get a conviction.

I've listened to like 20 mins of JF from his last episodes and he brags about "my new girlfriend, she wants to serve me and make my life better" in various forms all the damn time.
I haven't seen a single male act like this. And I've been the designated "crying shoulder" for my friend group for a decade (horrendous "job" refuse at all costs).
