You have to twist them into a twisler type shape, in order to stop this happening, it sort of counteracts the squareing effect of the hard table underneath, and the gravity that makes everything try to get to the bottom and then pile on top.

Round anything is always a bit of a challenge, unless it's spun out with a wheel.
Even in old architecture , arches were always constructed with squared edged blocks.

Currently 5 1/2 weeks post-op, had govt funded surgery in nz, please note any possible revisions are only available if functional issues are found and that criteria is very small. Unfortunately i didnt get to choose my surgeon or could i afford private surgery.

Wondering if my surgeon has made my labia minora too short, or if its just inflammation from healing thats keeping it higher up, my urethra is currently hidden under a pouch of skin(dot for approx location).
will i need a revision to stretch the labia minora further down or will this change in a few weeks, atm i hate how she looks, very depressed and spiralling

Some surgery might be needed to fix something causing genuine issues. But some of them are indeed stuck in the cosmetic surgery mindset, hoping for detrans surgery when there's no such thing, there's only further mutilation.
If your mangled junk isn't causing you any health issues, cut your losses and live the rest of your life as the abomination you turned yourself into.

It was actually the threat of having an amhole installation in his teens that prompted David to completely reject his female identity, and refuse to see Money anymore.

I don't know if this particular bit is true, but they say Money actually had a tranny (MTF) come to his office to see David and "explain" vaginoplasty to him, and David was horrified at the sight of "her" and thought "is this what I'm meant to become??" and desisted.

The saddest thing about that case is that, it's certainly written from trauma and he doesn't even see himself as a woman, but rather something 'too damaged to be male again' and how he thinks that to be male you need to reconstruct his genitals - which is not possible. In some way it's practical because he's been living 'as a woman' for so long, so it's easier to keep it going that way socially and legally.

This mindset is actually quite common in a lot of regretting trannies too (the ones that actually chose to transition by themselves), where they come to the realization that they won't ever be the opposite sex

To be fair, most of the boys who were "reassigned" to female as infants were not victims of a botched circumcision, but born with "ambiguous genitalia" either due to PAIS or some other DSD. Chromosomally (and hormonally) male but with a deformed penis. Doctors viewed them as medical and social emergencies, because it was believed that being a boy without a functioning penis was not a life worth living. Add to that Money's theories about gender being "completely learned and not at all innate", and you had doctors and psychologists thinking they could "mold" a neutered baby boy into a girl without anyone knowing. (Of course it failed, and the majority of these boys never adjusted to a female identity and sometimes spontaneously declared themselves males despite intense prompting that they were girls.)

David Reimer's circumcision was done using a new technique that was supposed to burn the foreskin away instead of cutting it, and well... the equipment malfunctioned and severed little David's entire member. Horrific tragedy. His parents were simple blue-collar people and naturally trusted doctors when they said David (then Bruce) would have a better life if he never even knew he was a boy.

Being numb in that area is actually rather fortunate for him. It could be much, much worse. Neuralgia (nerve pain) is the most difficult form of pain to treat. It's practically immune to most forms of pain management. If he's already on opiates (which is likely) and he developed severe intractable nerve pain, he'd have little to no way of relief. Truly horrifying to think of.

This pursuit of more risky, more experimental surgery for coom purposes just shows that this braindead coomer of a man has learned nothing. It's literally sour grapes for him. He's only "speaking out" because his surgery was such a disaster. He's still exactly the same person he was when he first got under the knife. If he'd gotten that designer pussy capable of full-body cooms that he thought he paid for, we wouldn't be hearing this "wah wah" from him.

He has had extreme pain. His scars get inflamed if he walks too much. The numbness is only in the center of the wound but it’s still a large part of his body.

If he takes testosterone he gets morning wood and it’s extremely painful, like getting stabbed. That’s why he can’t take testosterone. It can happen even without test so he has to take a low dose of estrogen.
