I have a friend who was diagnosed type 2. For a couple of years she continued to drink sugary juices and eat carbs and barely made any diet changes. Her glucose readings were better than before, but I kept telling her that fasting readings of 9 and other readings of 11+were not good.

Finally; years later it clicked. She’s on a new med, and is taking diet seriously. She controls portions, avoids foods she shouldn’t have, and now has fasting readings of 4, and max 7 after eating. Oh, and she’s lost substantial weight.

The intent of medication is not just to lower your excessively high blood sugar readings. It is to maintain your blood glucose to a normal, non-diabetic level. It’s not good enough that they aren’t super high if you’re still double the target range.

The first video she eats 10 pounds of food at once. The video uploaded 1 hour later she is showing off groceries talking about not binge eating with little meals. She managed to contradict herself in the same day. I don't think she cares about anything that comes out of her mouth anymore. She is only uploading for her 10k views so she can fund her eating. Simply going through the motions just to get a paycheck. There is no longer any substance or purpose to her content. Well there never really was.

I’ve watched gunt for more years than I could count now, that I know she always eats a LOT… 50 lokmas anyone! What I can’t get through my thick skull is how she can ever sit in front of those ME family meals and think for even a second that these are servings for one.

The shopping hauls I understand. The Government Co-op shopping, the veggies especially are clearly being mostly handed on to Salah’s family or friends (minus the cheese). TBH, some of the F&V look old, which might explain why they are cheap. The second haul was the one they are actually eating and drinking.

I didnt gloss over anything... As you can see I drew her to scale sitting on the chair. i even left the outline of the chair shes sitting on. Also you can see from the screenshot from her video she's sitting way taller than the couches. Somehow the chair is holding, brave little thing.
