怒: Fury? Fair enough. It means anguish so it could also mean fury.
節: Control. I guess to be frugal implies great control of oneself. This kind of works.
俠: Chivalry???? Okay, I hit the nail on the head with "white knight" but that's more of a pathetic implication than chivalry. FYI, the one letter verb for white knighting is called "舔" which means lick, ie, literally licking the high heels of some whore. Yeah, welcome to the Chinese language.
尊 would probably be a better choice which means respect.
瞻: Courage? A better word would be 勇 which literally means courage.
Urgh, what a joke. 炒麵 would at least be funny.
