The murder allegation is problematic and you'd need an actual investigation if:
1. Coach had his cell/gear purposely altered to increase the chance of illness.
2. He was maliciously ignored so his illness will develop.
3. He didn't receive the care he needed in the hospital.
4. The whole thing is fake and he was shot/starved and the letter is fake.
