It really is a mystery. I've broken many bones and suffered many injuries, cracking a molar was the only thing that has ever brought me to my hands and knees in tears because of the pain. His gums alone most be incredibly painful, I wonder if just because his teeth are so filthy that the plaque has covered over any exposed nerves and kind of shield him from pain at the expense of increased rot. I wonder if he thinks it'll be like his baby teeth and be painless because of his "i'll just let them rot out naturally" statement. He definitely feels pain, pretty easily, unless his nerves in his mouth have all been fried from duster and jankem, I just can't understand how it doesn't bother him.
