What can Karl even milk out of this, since everything is confidential? I guess he could still milk his own side of the lolsuits.
"Hello, you absolute legends. You won't BELIEVE the lengths Billy Mitchell has gone in trying to make Twin Galaxies look like the villain in his own failed lawsuit! But before we get to that, here's the reasons why I play this shitty mobile game!"

*two-minute ad break*

"Alright, let's start by recapping the insanity thus far!"

*three minutes later*

"But now that we're caught up with the whole Billy Mitchell/Twin Galaxies saga, this new wrinkle may finally close the book once and for all!"

*one minute reading the one or two noteworthy excerpts publicly available and then three minutes of baseless speculation*

"However, unless these records become public, all we can do is speculate about what this really means. Thank you for watching, you absolute legends!"

*one minute outro promoting his Patreon and other videos*

Bam, ten minute video, he can slap ads all over that puppy and rake in five figures between the sponsor read and the Youtube bucks. The grift goes on.

This was a mind-twist to read, considering I didn't know which attorney that was.
But it seems like TG's lawyer is just trying to improve his relationship with the judge after over-stepping because it got too personal for him.
And also, Billy Mitchell finally seems to have realized this wasn't going well for him, so he decided to settle. But Mitchell, the class act that he is, is going after TG's lawyer because of his over-step(by reporting him to the bar association). I don't think he realizes this isn't going to go his way.

I'm really confused with the wording
In his declaration, Tashroudian also took aim at Mitchell.
"The facts support [the] defense and now Plaintiff realizes that," the lawyer wrote. "He also realizes that he has dug himself into a hole by lying in discovery."
"I do not say that lightly," Tashroudian added: "The outlook is bleak for Plaintiff so I am the target now. Plaintiff is chomping at the bit to see me referred to the State Bar and relent."
So, Mitchell was fucked, BUT Twing Galaxies attorney fucked up, so they both agreed to stop fucking each other?

I consider thing a slim Billy win, if I understood this correctly.

I don't actually care about any of this at all outcome-wise, but Billy Mitchell makes anything he's involved in equal parts enthralling, appalling, and hilarious.

Considering the stakes are borderline nonexistent, I can't help but root for him to a certain extent he's such a two dimensional narcissistic cartoon villain.

thank you for ridge wallet and skillshare for sponsoring this video you absolute LEGENDS!
I honestly don't fault him for shilling aggressively while being sued by the eternal donkey kong grifter.
Also, Billy is still suing Karl, correct? This is just the Twin Galaxies suit. I hope that if the facts didn't favor him in the TG suit, it remains true with that one.

I'm a bit confused. Isn't Tashroudian Twin Galaxies' lawyer, and not Mitchell's? Can you elaborate?

I love how the judge was completely sick of this dumb vidya shit, lol.

@Null explain this tomfoolery
Tashroudian is the lawyer for Twin Galaxy, not Mitchell.

Though, I'm going to need some clarification on what Tashroudian even did, and what "improperly contacting witnesses" entails. Because I don't get how he could fumble this shit so badly when Mitchell kept fucking up his own case by lying about things that literally didn't matter at all.

Apparently he was so enraged by Mitchell's fuckery that he lost his shit. I can't really blame him much.
