When a gas expands from a pressurised container, it changes in volume and is doing work. That energy has to come from somewhere, so it gets pulled out of the surroundings in the form of heat, which causes the drop in temperature. Known as adiabatic expansion, this is part of how refrigeration works.

It is cheese. It's just been reconstituted with preservatives and things to make it melt better. Fake cheese would be something like vegan cheese which contains no dairy at all.

Thinking of this as a partisan problem is short-sighted. Red team, blue team, green team, purple team, it doesn't really matter. The ruling class wants a more emotional (and therefore more easily manipulable) populace. One of the most efficient technological means to achieving that end is employing algorithm-driven social media to overload your dopamine receptors and disrupt your ability to absorb/retain/analyze information. It's a multi-pronged approach, but this is one of the techniques used to make the masses more functionally retarded. The so-called "black sorcerer" of the CIA, Sidney Gottlieb himself would be creaming his briefs over these things which we all take for granted as a normal part of everyday life in the 21st century.
