I legitimately think that Daniel's lack of hygiene is his saving grace. By his admission, he hasn't showered since sometime around December of last year, which aligns with the freshening up the jail in Las Vegas forced him to do. I believe he's so stinky that no one, not even police or niggers, wants to give him the beating he deserves.

How long can you stay at warming shelters? Is it somewhere you can stay the night? Could he even get inside a warming shelter since he posted a video where he is drinking?
I don't think they can turn you away from a warming centers since due to the cold possibly being fatal, I know the have little shelters her that run all day then have emergency shelters for over night. I don't think they can turn anyone away.
So some warming shelters allow overnight stays, I'm surprised he doesn't stay there when it's that cold outside.
