Agreed on Gruffin. Her appearance alone brings out a visceral sense of disgust in me. Even if she hadn't pooned out she'd still be an extraordinarily unattractive woman. 4'10'', baby-like body/limb proportions, midface like a Persian cat, extremely underdeveloped lower jaw... There's no way there's not a genetic syndrome at play there.

I'm a little over 6 months post-op for stage 2 RFF phalloplasty currently. I had urethral lengthening, scrotoplasty but opted not to get a vaginectomy. Stage 1 was June 2022, stage 2 July 2023, both with Dr. Richard Santucci.
I have pretty stretchy skin (as far as I know I don't have Elhers danlos). My phallus ended up being ~5 in and my arm scar is only 4 because they were able to stretch the rest of my arm skin up a full inch. They ended up having to put back some leg graft skin because of this and now I have a very nasty and large keloid on my thigh. Fortunately, that's the worst part of my healing so far- it's thick, itchy, full of in-grown hairs but feels like normal skin now, if not oddly smooth.
I had partial flap loss at the tip of my phallus which scabbed over and eventually keloided slightly. I'm not too bothered by it, but it made the skin heal in a way that makes me pee to the left. I did also have a fistula which I was very worried about since I knew that no vaginectomy would increase complications if you get UL. It mostly meant I had to sit down to pee, which I was already doing from being physically exhausted from surgery. It healed most of the way by itself, any leaking I have now is comparable to what you get after shaking and zipping up anyways.
Sensation: I can feel sharp sensations, like the tips of my nails mostly on the sides. Surprisingly, the scar straight down the middle of the phallus is hyper-sensitive which translates really well to erogenous sensation. Nothing I do with my hand to it does anything for me, though. But oral is REALLY nice.
I have my (hopefully) last surgery in February which will be for the rod implant.

I decided to browse through her Reddit account to see if I could find out something, and voìla!
Men who decide to stay with a post-op rotdog TIF must be broken physically, psychologically, emotionally and probably also financially to put up with something like that. No mention of children, but that doesn't always stop these crazy broads from going through with it anyway.
We know who supplies the oral now, pholx! Yum. At least the poor doggo is safe.

It's pretty rare to see men stay with TiFs. Most of these woman are dropped immediately.
I can't find it but I saw a youtube video years ago; probably one of those short docs from Barcroft/ Truly.
It was a christian married couple where the woman had transitioned after they were married with children. Even back then I found it horrendous because I was sure the TiF wanted to transition before she had met him but also wanted a husband and children so she had intentionally preyed upon an extremely religious guy so he wouldn't leave her.
He was interviewed as well and he admitted he now had no attraction to her and outright said that his religious beliefs prevented him from divorcing. He seemed very upset and resigned to his fate. Sad as he seemed like a nice fellow and didn't want to leave his kids.
This 18yo is asking for FFS advice.

I've seen way too many TiMs with jaw problems. I wouldn't blame a guy like this to think that being attractive as a male would be completely out of reach so becoming a woman might be a better option.
I wish the health system did a better job at identifying issues like this and fixed issues like this early. I'd think we'd see less trannys and incels if that were the case.

Hell, if we are gonna fund axewounds that rot, smell like feces and cause debilitating pain for life, why not just offer the guy a chin implant or sliding genioplasty instead? Would be cheaper in the long run.

No, I will never understand this type of thinking at all. If you're a vaguely ugly male, you will make a horrifically ugly "woman" . If you're an incredibly pretty looking male, you might make an ok tranny and look like a plain mannish girl. The visual standard for a female face is always far far higher.

These men are often autistic. They're very face blind and struggle to identify sex without shallow stereotypes like clothes, makeup, hairstyle.
For instance, they can comprehend sex differences based on named features; nose, eyes, chin, hair etc and apply a certain type to that feature that would be seen as "stereo-typically female" like small (nose), rounded (eyes), long (hair) but they can't grasp the idea that it's not about "parts" it's about everything, even things we don't name. They do this every time they discuss "genital preferences"; they seem to think that genitalia, chest and the face are the only indicators of sex. Like some character creators in video games.
Another issue with these men is that they're attracted to woman so seeing themselves as woman elicits a stronger emotional/sexual response; AGP or not.
To autistics looking female = attractive so anything they do to look more like a woman means they're becoming more attractive in their view.
This applies to the autistic gaydens as well.

Face blindness, lacking theory of mind, black/white thinking, associative thinking and excessive pattern recognization are all established symptoms of Autism.
Examples are mine.
PL: I have quite a lot of experience with autistics both online and in real life.
I see a lot of the "feature" one quite a bit; the TiMs can't understand why they get clocked when they have no beard, a shaven down Adams apple, long hair, etc. Whereas the TiFs don't understand why they're getting clocked when they have a beard and a low voice. They don't grasp that passing is way more complex than a couple of features changed.
