I share this worry, I stopped watching S1 as much because of how fucking insufferable he was, same thing happened this season with Jimmy to be honest.

As it stands, the best strategy as a baby would be to be silent and sleep unless you need food I guess? And the mommies just need to put them in their "nest" (lol wut) and feed them if they cry. Unless someone actively fucks it up they should all be good and boring.

The way they should have done it, if they had thought about it at all, would be to have the babies competing against their mothers: the best mother with a surviving baby wins a prize, and baby who found the most horrific way to injure itself wins a prize.
