The excuse should be that his parents have traveled cross-country to visit them for the weekend, simple as that. I don't think that's an unfair reason to cancel a show.

The problem is that he has cancelled so many shows and given absurd reasons like emergency drives where he gets back past 3am, "dehydration", and whatever else that he didn't feel like he could cancel another show. Instead he promised a makeup stream that everybody should have known was never going to happen.
