This time, it's hard because you don't control where your traffic is exiting your network. Most of the traffic will exit through CDNs, who manage servers near your users to control bandwidth costs.
Couldn't you just have some kind of Javascript tracker in the website itself? Not everyone is going to use the website and some people will disable js on principle, but those kind of people are outliers and not your typical user and they're probably blocking your ads anyway.

You absolutely could, but then you would also count time when the video was buffering and other such things as watch time. That can be significant for low-bandwidth users and the like. It's still probably more accurate than their original disclosure of "hurr durr we just guessed based on how much bandwidth our CDNs were serving."

Also it would take work and a desire to measure their performance. Ideally you have both kinds of metrics.

The SEC has an open investigation into Rumble.

There's a thread discussing it here.
I think I'm going to have a heart attack and die of not surprise

How do you NOT KNOW your parents are visiting?
Or how do you not know you’re supposed to be a judge at a speech meet happening the next morning until 10:39pm the night before?
By being an alcoholic who never leaves the house so there's no reason to track the passage of time.

Nick doesn’t deserve the opportunity to claw back any goodwill. Especially, since it wouldn’t be by doing anything more than being a lazy opportunist. Better for Willshire Blvd. to remain an eternal mystery.

He doesn’t, but this is literally the only chance Nick will ever have to go mainstream again. Much like Rittenhouse and Depp, meme magic has somehow made CRP one of the most talked about people on the planet. This window will be extremely brief. If Nick can capitalize on it and read the book, it will undoubtedly bring in tons of views not just to him, but also to rumble, which will help those non-existent negotiations and potentially get Nick on Tucker.

In other words, this would give Nick a new, massive audience to creep out with his alcoholic sex pest ways. Do you really not want to see that?

There's definitely a certain appeal to seeing Nick's degeneracy gain mainstream disapproval. The inevitable fall would be so much more entertaining if he experienced a "dead balldo's bounce" before screaming down to the depths of obscurity.

He explained how Rumble numbers are not baked. There are advertiser/live watcher/and unique viewer numbers differently. He does not think it is inflated because that would be fraud. They are public company, so it CANNOT be straight inflation becuase that would be illegal. The SEC would bust them. Also, they are on a political hit list, so if it were happening they would be taken down.

>completely destroy your income/reputation for rumble bucks
>rumble is being investigated by the sec and will probably get fucked

whoops!

Social media expert!

Depends on how many of his black friends he calls a dirty nigger while streaming to those new viewers blacked out drunk. Still, you have made a very compelling point.

I get CRP is dead, but copyright, I believe even on unpublished works, is still the author's for 70 years from death. (Yes, that's retarded, but it's the law.)

I get the lulz, but Rackets would be willfully committing copyright infringement if he were to do it. Something that even as a non-practicing member of the court, he should not do. Let's be real, given the shit given to him (in his coom-filled mind, undeserved) from the Casino, that will never happen, even without the legal issues.

The better angle would be to get Coach's sister or dad to release it, as one of them is likely his executor, given his "wife" was divorcing him.

The best angle is to let it die with Coach. If Balldoman thought it was poorly written with many basic spelling and grammatical errors, no one needs to lose brain cells, even in memorium.

Woke up today and saw Nick failed his Friday make-up stream that was supposed to be Saturday.

Who wants to bet what his excuse is?

Kids and wife were already used this week. I say he doubles up on his parents' TOTALLY unexpected visit.

Legitimately, it your parents are visiting out of the blue and causing you issues, you need to be an adult and set boundaries. My family a few hours away knows more than well enough to give me some kind of notice before they turn up at mine--unless it is an emergency.

I fucking hate his wording when he posts explanations as to why he can't stream. It's always "I have to do this, I have to do that." never "I get to do this, I get to do that.", unless its about going on vacation, of course.

It might seem like a nitpick, but Nose prides himself on his ability to use the English language in its written form. Its a microaggression, a complaining tone you'd hear from a child telling their friends that they can't come out and play because they have to do dishes. Its a subtle hint of how much he hates having a family, how much he hates how they cramp his style. There are better ways to phrase your explanations, but the flippant tone of what he chooses to write further confirms that he's boiling like the still his body is having to deal with family life. Some examples of non-"I hate my family" tones in Nick's style:

"My parents are coming up from a warm climate to the frozen wasteland that is Minnesota, so we are going to visit the shit out of them when they get here, so there won't be a stream."

"The homeschool co-op has selected me to judge some speeches, so I'll be putting my English undergrad to good use preparing, so no stream today."

Also, I'm also not buying for a second that any of this stuff was last minute. Your parents don't just drop in from a 1700 miles away, especially with how close he always maintains that he was with his parents. Its more likely his schedule leaked out of one of the holes in his brain and he forgot. The childish tone then comes in to play in order to deflect fault. It's not his fault he can't stream, his parents just dropped in; nothing he could do.

EDIT: Clarity.

After hearing about his lawyerese mental gymnastics about why a guy stalking Eric July was 100 percent legal, I don't think any of his reassurances are intelligent or comforting

It's ok, I'm sure Rumble will totally understand why the guy can't stream, I mean it's tough streaming for roughly... *checks notes*... 2 shows a week, lately of only 1-2 hours each. Rumble I am sure understands what it is like to only work for 3-4 hours a week.

You're not wrong, but if he read it live on air, with commentary, it might be transformative enough to pass muster.

Especially if he interspersed it with drunken half-baked allusions to how it reminds him of American Beauty somehow.

This is probably a pointless discussion anyways. I don't think he's gonna do it. I was just saying it would be interesting if he did.

He won't do it. Or if he does, he'll execute it sloppily. He should be advertising that he'll read it, release it, w/e, ramp up the hype. But he's not. Who am I to doubt a social media expert who spends 12 hours a day on twitter? Gotta earn that 7 bucks.
