We didn't have anyone from Kuwait, but the number of students who were caught plagiarizing or cheating should have raised major alarms with the people in charge there. There were multiple major assignments while I was a student where a major percentage of the entire program got caught plagiarizing. They had to change their policy on listening to music during lab periods because of Indians being fed answers over the phone. I didn't think I had the capacity to outright hate an entire racial group until I was exposed to Indians in large numbers.

Years ago now, I sat an exam for a financial qualification. This was one of the major exams that is done throughout the world. They published the names of anyone found cheating. Almost all of them, probably 80-90%, were Indian. Next up was Chinese at about 5-7%. Malaysians also stood out as being higher than expected. I'm not sure of the demographic breakdown globally, but I'd expect more Chinese people (especially Hong Kongers and Singaporeans) sat the exam than Indians.
