I know several jobless unemployed slobs and none of them age like this in 7 years. Alcoholics get a little more bloated and flushed but that's about it. This nigga looks like he age 20 years in less than a decade. I knew a project manager that aged like this after working 80 to 100 hour weeks every week. Dude was so stressed he stroked out after two years of that pace and he was about Pat's age. Pat's an unemployed loser and has no excuse. His phone is actually killing him.
