For those who didn't play BG3, the area he's in is covered in lava with a few safe platforms. He's complaining that the high-level tactical gameplay requires you to be smart enough to not stand in lava.

I'm not surprised, we're talking about somebody who couldn't fucking beat LEGO Star Wars, a game you legitimately have to TRY to not be able to beat.

As expected, the moment the game requires him to do anything beyond left click to attack enemy he starts to bitch and moan. I hope he's forced to stick with the game because there are so many scenarios that are going to make him lose his shit.

There was recently some info about the time he got SWATed, and along with that was a later email "death threats" that he felt was worth reporting to the police. Maybe I missed the email death threats saga but I'm pretty sure those never got mentioned despite the potential for pity points.

January 15th, 2021 was the "death threat". He posted something on Twitter that looked like he wrote it in Notepad or something. Everyone replying said 'lol you should tell the police if that's real, not cry on Twitter.' Apparently he did make a police report, I think he said he made a police report as well.

Ironically the person who posted a sceeencap of the Tweet here deleted it immediately as early December 2020 was the FBI contacting Null about the SIGSEGV shit and Null made a post that said "Do not post credible threats of violence on my site."

Not to mention he probably wants to stroke his ego with Tekken 8 after SF 6 has shown he can't fly in high Master ranks. Heck I just recently got really into 6 and when I check the top legends player some of the highest placed are "low tier characters". Just goes to show how much worth is in Phil's words

Tekken 8 ain't gonna last long before he rage/wagequits. He at least has some basic fundamental knowledge of Street Fighter, and he's deluded himself into thinking he's proved he's good at the game by achieving the fairly meaningless Master rank.
Phil has no Tekken legacy skills, and is going to get his shit pushed in even in the low ranks, and will likely run away fast as he did from Mortal Kombat 1.
His Tekken 7 online play was absolutely miserable. He switched from character to character without any significant ranking up so he could keep playing scrubs, and even doing that he lost a lot of the time.
He'll quickly drop it, and focus on Yakuza Infinite Wealth, where every time he has a slow stream, he'll remind everyone about how he plays games that he loves and totally isn't doing it for the money.
Phil is so fucking predictable........and I kinda hate myself for having the pointless knowledge of how this is almost certainly going to play out over the next few weeks.

These are just the first things I noticed. Plus the person didn’t give any report numbers in the video to verify if this is even true. It would all be released if you requested it anyway. It’s not like it’s a secret. You would be able to contact the Renton police to confirm if all of this is even true. Can we not verify something before it gets spread around or taken as official? I feel like this video is part of something malicious or purely misinformation.

He never made a police report about his wheel assembly getting stolen, his bank account being hacked and thousands of dollars of being stolen over multiple years, identity theft... I don't think DSP has ever gone through the process of filling a police report, as that requires his precious time being spent talking in person to a person of actual authority in the real world.

Good points. I also want to point out there are a ton of misspellings in these documents. Not like careless ones, but straight up ESL or just denthead level shit. Just to name a few:
....emails he receives this weakened...
....THAT THE FORGOINS IS TRUE AND CORRECT....
The last document has at least four misspellings, two of which are "neighbor" spelled wrong two different ways lol.
So either the Renton PD is composed of a bunch of dentheads, or, more likely, one denthead made all this shit up.
But holy shit I want this to be true just because it would be hilarious if Phil actually explained to the detective that he's "a crowd-funded paid gamer" that is "well known online and has thousands of viewers every day."
Side note/question: A blue Subaru sedan was mentioned in one of the documents. Phil hasn't owned such a vehicle before, has he? I thought he went from the BMW to whatever the fuck he's driving now (I forget what it is, but Subaru doesn't sound right).
The only time I've heard Subaru mentioned in DSP lore is in conjunction with the vaunted "Subaru Man".

Correct, he went from one bmw lease into another bmw lease, as he didn't want to drive the original (non oil change one) across the country. Then he got a Camry, which is finally paid off. The only reference in the vortex was related to the "hair tricks" video that used to exist of kat in said subaru.

I kinda like that THIS will be his legacy when the big guy upstairs is finally merciful*, and Phil strokes out on stream in a few years.

Phil thinks his legacy will be the tens of thousands of YouTube videos with a few hundred views each, but nope. His legacy will be a forum full of people laughing at him, and autists reciting his vehicle history and the intricacies of his tax fraud.

*And no, I’m not kidding. This would be merciful. Just think of the alternative: A 70 year old Phil, miserable and alone in a retirement home for the indigent, trying to tell the nurse about his Youtube kahntent while she wipes his ass.

If you look at Pat Tomlinson's police report, it makes frequent use of first names/nicknames, including referring to Pat's sister-in-law as Ronna.

This appears to have been reported by phone. So the misspelled name makes total sense. The caller didn't stick around to let them ask for more information. Now if it the SWATer committed to the bit and insisted on telling the operator the correct way to spell his name that might actually be a little funny.

That welfare check didn't actually make contact with a resident. They're just repeating the made up info that was called in.

Given that it was dropped on YouTube that missing info might be intentional, it might be "doxing". A clean copy to host here would be nice to have so we don't have to speculate so much. Just so anyone who goes looking knows, your request for these public records likely are a public record of their own and could be used to dox you.
