The thing with Ralph is any success or high point is also mired in an equal amount of fail, so literally any example I provide will have valid counter points. He's made a surprising amount of money through his career, but niggered most of it away. He's managed to accumulate a dedicated following who are willing to risk prison on his behalf, but they're scummy trailer people and cat boys. He's interacted with a lot of very interesting people but literally who. He's only a degree of seperation removed from numerous influential people but he farted. Etc.
I was recalling a time that he wasn't perpetually fucked up out of his mind. He was moderately well spoken, knowledgeable on politics, was able to produce laughter that wasn't at his expense. But it's been years since Ralph really came up for air from his sea of booze and pills. It's more than fair to call him retarded and almost completely incompetent.
But my point was centered around the cops. The Mexican police don't know or care who he thinks he is. He's a dumb American with deep pockets and they'd 100% prefer to take his money than randomly beat his ass just because it gives you the a-log chills to think about.
