The mechanism by how it works is completely different.
Your immune cells normally get to "sniff" the Virus, then adapt to fight it and/or B cells specifically produce antibodies to it.
They essentially remember how it looks and are able to fight it.
This is not how "MRNA" vaccines work at all, they do not trigger the immune system or if they do that's not their main modus operandi. (There are different types of MRNA vaccines, some use genetically altered viruses, others don't, at least to my understanding - to inject the code into your body-cells or what ever they are called as opposed to immune cells).

How the fuck do you think that you get high if I put a vial of morphine into your butt muscle? The substance gets carried in the bloodstream to the heart. From there it's pumped into all your arteries, crosses the blood barrier of the brain etc.
