Yeah I guess the point I was trying to make is that a minor "victory" for Billy does not really mean a "loss" for Twin Galaxies. Winning for Twin Galaxies equals not having to pay to deal with Mitchell's bullshit lawsuit anymore. If I could save $100K in attorney's fees by pinning some retard in the exclusive "historical record" area of my site to appease his ego, I would.

I get that's not how most people see lawsuits, but Twin Galaxies had basically nothing to gain and everything to lose by continuing to fight it out with Mitchell. Unless Mitchell really took them to the cleaners on a settlement sum, getting out of the lawsuit would be reward enough for Twin Galaxies.

I know he had drama with those YouTubers and he was scathing towards them, iirc. The video has been deleted, but the YouTubers he called out made response videos.
