Following as close as I have been this entire cluster fuck escapade, I can say that in relative terms that Billy Mitchell ended up having such a massive W that he essentially has proven all of his detractors to be complete and utter fools. The amount of man hours and time that this entire ordeal has cost the legal system is mind blowing to me, but how the TG defense essentially torpedoed what should of been. An open and shut case is insane to me, and even with the hundreds if not thousands of hours of analysis during discovery. Billy still ended up walking away getting his historical scores reinstated, due to a massive amount of Alogging from the TG legal defense. Billy built his entire legacy on his scores, and as ridiculous the amount of resources he managed to expel during the entire process of the lolsuit. He ended up walking away as the victor, because the other side of the fight was too heavily invested in the court of public opinion.

Karl Jobst is an absolute joke in many senses of the word, and not only because of his own sketchy behavior in the past. But, also how he needed to milk this entire ordeal to ensure that he remains in the public conscientiousness. I wouldn't be surprised that what ever backroom discord that these fools participate in, do not end up giving Billy another massive win, and because of how fucking incompetent these YouTuber personalities are when it comes to even what the slightest element of OPSEC. Even if Jobst does indeed come out the victor, Billy still has his scores, and has endless amounts of cash to throw out to defend is scores. All things considered, Billy does have an actual profitable source of revenue when it comes to the Ricky's chain of restaurants. Even though the sauce just at minor observation, is just overpriced run of the mill hot sauce. He still has success in that sector, which he ended up inheriting. So, he does have the financial capacity and the time to be able to fixate on these frivolous lolsuits. Meanwhile someone like Jobst, entirely relies on the grift, and is co-dependent. Even if Jobst walks away breaking even, Billy in his mind still won. He has his scores and as far as he is concerned.

I don't see how Billy can compel TG to publish a leaderboard for any particular game if they don't want to. They could replace it with a note along these lines:

"Twin Galaxies formerly maintained a list of high scores in arcade Donkey Kong, but no longer does so."

If Billy tries to force the issue - and I'm sure he would - Jace Hall should dissolve the TG leaderboards completely rather than go along with his lies.

You underestimate how little the average normie cares about the evidence, like the depositions where Billy was caught lying under oath.
