There's a shopping center at 1155 East Twain Ave.
There is a mailbox service in the shopping center, which would explain the 'Suite' number. But technically for a USPS valid mailing address it should be marked as "PMB" and not a Suite.
You'd think he'd know his own address at least.

Considering he has the unit number as 108420, it's possibly PMB 420 at the FedEx at 1155 E Twain Ave Unit 108. AAA Mailbox also returns hits at the same Unit 108 address.

When I saw the change of address filing I was sure he was going to submit a Utah address to try to beat the change of venue. What's the matter, Utah FedEx costs too much to rent a box at?

Russ is amazing, he is actually a prodigious writer compared to most people if you think about it for a minute - but he seems to actually get worse at it the more he practices. That motion for extension of time is barely in English.

I love that Russels argument boils down too "good cause exists. It's because I have lots of personal stuff in my life going on right now! No I won't tell the court what is going on in my life! No I won't cite any precedents that guide the courts interpretation of good cause! I am a poor, humble pro se litigant your honor! You can't expect me to actually do the job of a Plaintiff in a federal lawsuit, do you?!"
