The last sentence in that isn't looking to age well though. Not cause the underlying idea is wrong but rather because she went to such extremes of idiocy that it is rapidly approaching the point that throwing her under the bus would do more good for the legitimacy of the other cases than it would do bad to just chuck her. If they do, expect wall to wall coverage of how the democrats are proving they care about Our Democracy(TM) so much they will deal with their own, unlike that evil orange man.

Won't happen as long as the Republicans and non-Republican conservatives continue to venerate Eisenhower. As Eisenhower is the one who told Republicans to stop being the opposing party to the democrats and be the get-along-to-go-along controlled opposition party. And for reasons the congressional GOP as a whole done exactly that. Albeit without telling the Hoi Polloi Republican masses what they did to continue to collect shekels from them without doing anything of real substance.

iirc he actually DIDNT show up for the storm in Ft Lauderdale early into his campaign attempt and shit went a lot more sideways than usual
I assume it was a staffer and not really him getting shit done but still his lack of on-the-spot guidance seemed to matter

Ideally, the SC steps in, especially since Roberts is said to have wholesale bullied most of the conservative judges to suck the DNC dick and sanctify the steal out of fear that the DNC would go full nigger and riot/burn the country to the ground and start Civil War 2 if they weren't allowed to steal the election from Trump. Roberts either realizes that he can't cuck out this time or better, Thomas puts Roberts in his place and gets the rest of the conservatives to tell Roberts to eat shit and blocks Biden's re-election to ensure Trump gets re-elected and explicitly denounce Biden as trying to engage in a coup in their proclamation.
