I agree. And if the "journalism" field weren't filled with useless niggers, we would be able to get answers and on the record statements from public officials. People put far too much importance on one person, like Z or Putin. The actual truth is that these war plans take years to develop and build up the necessary materiel, and that Russia has patiently waited for years for a weakened West. The pandemic was the perfect gift, and during that Russia did a lot to further destabilize the West and prop up its extremist elements.
This is not about one or two individuals, it's about spheres of influence and the resources within. Russia cannot allow NATO expansion forever; NATO cannot allow Russia's sphere of influence expanding, hence proving that the West is in huge trouble and the American hegemony ending.
It's a no exit scenario that requires a winner. Now the West seems to cowardly attempt to exit without an actual fight. I don't believe Russia will allow that.
