This is nobody's fault but his. He chose to pander to these people to get ahead when he saw YouTube shift towards mostly safe, politically correct content. As much as I absolutely loathe Ethan and what became of H3H3, I will admit that some of these losers trying to cancel them are no better.
This reminds me of something Keemstar said during their autistic internet feud in 2020. Somewhere around 2016 or 2015 Leafy made a commentary video where made fun of a retarded person. In response to this, Ethan Klein decided to become friends with this guy to show just how wrong Leafy was.And once the podcast episode went live, Ethan revealed that Jake was not only claiming to be a massive (seemingly disgruntled) H3 fan, but had also tried to collaborate with other crew members of the podcast by sliding into their dms + even sent in his resume to apply for a job with them in exchange for exposure or experience.
In other words, the guy's a massive clout-seeking cocksucker:

Needless to say, their friendship was short-lived. The dude was very disappointed by the fact that Ethan only associated with him to get the moral high ground and then ghosted him. Ethan wants the H3 podcast to have the reputation of being the internet's hugbox without actually putting in the work and helping people.
Why did that work for Ian but not this faggot, Ethan? They are both socially inept and unattractive, yet one of them was hired while the other was left behind. In hindsight this guy was just a clout-seeker, but we don't really know if Ian would've done the same after being ghosted. Ethan's virtue signaling is what causes these incidents to happen.I know that Ian was hired onto the team by following up consistently, so I'm going to go that route!
