As most people will be aware, I am being sued for £10,000 by the litigious and convicted child sex offender Anthony George Stephen Halliday aka Stephanie Hayden. Although I knew of Halliday , he’s from West Derby and I’m from Norris Green which are two areas very close to each other in Liverpool, it was only the fact his name was brought up after an incident some years ago that I knew of him. Liverpools a small place and you hear stories.
It was last year his name popped up again on Twitter when I learned 2 things.
Firstly he was now legally a woman and secondly he had been convicted on two counts of sexual abuse of a child in 1997 with offences being in 1996.
The victim was a young 14 year old lad who was groomed on a chat line. Tony was an adult male at the time and took the child to a B&b where he committed sex acts on the boy and 6 months later did the same at his own parents house.
What he did, under the law both then and now,was commit sexual offences against a child and for this he was found guilty.
What’s shocking about the case is that the judge said the child was willing and for that he got a lenient sentence and was on the sex offenders register for 5 years even though he groomed him over a long period of time.
Nowadays it would have prison up to 6 years and sex offenders register for life.
His offence, trial and punishment are all public record. In his Court letter to me he states that the abuse of the child ‘only received a relatively minor sentence’ and that line tells me that someone doesn’t think what he did was that bad but since when is the grooming and sexual abuse of a child a minor thing?
His argument against me is that I caused him unnecessary harm and abuse and that I caused a Twitter pile on. He mentions my tweets being sent out to my 70,000 followers but having that many followers and actually reaching that many people is a different thing altogether.

It stayed closed till last year when due to Twitter being sold,accounts were reactivated and although I still had a similar amount of followers , due to its inactivity very few people actually saw my tweets unless it was something football related.

I reported him to both the police, as we all know sex offenders have to inform the police when they change their name, I reported him to the solicitors regulation authority , I reported him to the Gender recognition panel as he says he has a certificate that says he’s a woman.
Now he either lied to the GRP or they gave him a certificate knowing his past.
I emailed them yesterday asking if he submitted his criminal records and if he did how was he given a Gender recognition certificate
They replied today and They refuse any further contact with me but i submitted a FOI request and told them my court date is 16/2/24
i also emailed my MP Barry Gardiner asking him, as requested by the Gender Recognition Panel to ask for the information i require
My mum,a proper scouser who lost a daughter aged 7, was beaten by a violent drunk, who then brought up 6 kids on her own while working tirelessly for us and others in liverpool…….. That’s a woman right there and she didn’t need no certificate.

This latest dust-up involving our weary hero Stephen is quite amusing. On a surface level it appears to follow the usual script. Some non-anon Twitter loudmouth objects to uncle T’s noncery, violence and fraud leading to him issuing yet another outraged lolsuit.
So far so similar. Except for a few things…
He’s no longer attempting to use the High Court for proceedings and has been relegated to the far flung district courts to avoid the inevitable scrutiny and ritual humiliation. So it’s Anthony “small beans” Halliday in more ways than one now.
Secondly the unlucky defendant in this case appears to give precisely zero fucks and intends to give T’s case the respect it deserves…none. In a pleasing twist of fate he also appears to be devoid of assets so our resident pederest will be unable to enforce whatever pittance of a default judgement he gets. How the turn tables eh?
Meanwhile every day brings more and more eyes on that Reduxx article that he wishes soooo badly would just go away. I know you read this you fat mong so just forget it…that genie is never going back inside the bottle. All over a BT phonecard too, gosh deary me. X

It's a rule of nature that Britcops are incapable of direct action against live nonces, so since Tony isn't actually dead yet it's all r'nhs' problem, if he's notable enough by then we might get the mini-Saville treatment afterwards. Maybe not even that though since he's so irrelevant beyond hate-figure status, maybe a future citation in legislation to prevent future lolsuit fuckery.

There's a crime stack, like the privilege stack, that police unconsciously use the prioritise their response. Threatening people with a gun is much, much higher on the stack than criticising troons, so once the wheels start turning inside those little police helmets, they'll realise they have an opportunity to take a gun out of someone's hands and cancel his loicense, and send the entire team to have a word.
