That vid also cleared up some confusion for me (which was probably addressed way earlier in thread but still) that Spencer's name is/was Cleo. I was wondering why all the conversations which refer to her censored looked too short to be "Spencer".

This is the current rough draft I'm working with to add to the OP. Some obvious formatting changes will happen; I'm posting it here to see if there are any important details I should include that I'm forgetting. I'll make some smaller changes to the previous sections. I'll have the OP updated in a week hopefully, if my job doesn't fuck me over.
The Return of the Ex's
On July 23rd, 2022 the YouTuber Magnetar one of Max's ex-girlfriend's new boyfriend, published the video "The Truth About MamaMax" (provided link is an archive). In the video, several of his ex-girlfriends accuse him of a variety of things, such as stalking, suicide baiting, and more. The spoiler below details each girl and her story.
All of these women verifiably dated Max, so them providing proof of that is left out in this summary. I've bolded and underlined what's important.
Haley:
Met as coworkers at a theater job, and were classmates together at school
This was while she had a boyfriend named Dustin who Max knew about
She claims that Max and her were good friends
Max said he wants to be a firefighter (later corrected to fireman)
Max had an obvious crush on her
Continued talking after they graduated high school
She claims he showed up to her little sisters birthday party uninvited. She says she was weirded out by this, but they were in a smaller town so she disregarded it. She also says she told people that she invited him to cover for Max's anxiety
She says Max showed up to their old job after he had quit in uniform, and later apologized to her for doing that to her
After she got her license, she invited Max to drive him around for fun. On this trip he gives her his fireman notebook, telling her to read it once she gets home. The notebook was similar to a diary, but contains a plan on killing Dustin. This causes her to freak out over Max.
Once she started going to college, Max continued to text her and she texted back.
One day, he shows up unannounced to her dorm room
She gets a new boyfriend, Magnetar / Anthony Fields, who tries to get her to cut Max off
Max invited her to talk with his sister who was pursuing a similar profession as Haley, and she agrees. At this point she still wants to be friends with Max
Max takes her to a hotel room which only had one bed. She claims Max held her against her will for the night. She says she woke up to Max putting his hand under her shorts and shirt. When she asked him what he was doing he said he was watching her sleep.
Max drops her off for a class later, and after that, she ignored him
Once Max finds out she's officially dating Anthony, he gets angry with her
He reached out to her later while he was in Basic Combat Training in Arizona (phones are prohibited in BCT, and there is no BCT station in Arizona, so she assumedly means Advanced Individual Training. Max clarifies this in his response video)
While in AIT, he sent a message to Anthony of him cutting his wrists, with the caption "Thanks Anthony"
He later wrote an apology letter to Anthony
She shares photo proof of multiple police reports filed against Max
Lucy:
She started e-dating max when she was 17 and he was 20, though he was lying about his age saying he was 18
Max said he wants to creampie her on Twitter
They exchanged nudes, while she was 17
She flew to Texas on Christmas to visit when she turned 18
She stayed at Max's house
Says Max sexually assaulted her when they went to Six Flags, Arlington
When she left the States she cut him off completely
Says he never goes to the women he's seeing, they always come to him (This will be brought up later)
Olivia:
Says they met through a mutual friend, and started dating afterwards
Max was a porn addict
When she was on her period he wanted to have unprotected sex with her, citing something on his phone he wouldn't show her that said she couldn't get pregnant

Says she told him where she lived, cites Subee calling him an OPSEC retard as proof
Claims she invited him for the drive around
Claims that he didn't plan to kill Dustin, but some guy he claims she claimed had abused her. He doxes this random guy with no further proof
Claims they cuddled in bed after they stopped talking
Claims she invited him over several times
Claims him showing up at the dorms unannounced was a lie
He says she was always super touchy and flirty with him
He claims she led him on
Claims he joined the Army to die for a cause (lol) even though he went in as a pog
He says that she consented to the hotel before he had booked it, and agreed as long as he didn't have sex with her
He says she followed him into the hotel willingly
Max says they cuddled together, and that she only cried once he announced that he had enlisted
Max claims she hadn't told him that she was seeing Anthony yet, because if he had found out he would've flipped out - thus him suicide baiting later
He says he wasn't molesting her, that they were only cuddling
He says he didn't see her at the Cowboy Chicken during December, as he was by his family the whole time during holiday block leave
Acknowledges that he did send a video of him suicide baiting to Anthony
Shows Anthony called him a psycho for sending a psychotic video to him
He claims a battle buddy saved him from killing himself
Uses his sister to testify on his side - this is an obvious conflict of interest. She won't be covered for this reason.
He says he has left Haley alone for the last eight years (as of 2022)

Anthony:
Claims Anthony is a pedophile

Slow scrolls through Instagram DM's with an anonymous person claiming he sent her a dick pick when she was 15 and he was over 18

He then says trying to make profit off of rape and CSA is disgusting. Max also claims that his "non-abusive" ex-girlfriends won't testify for him because they've faced harassment from his other ex-girlfriends. Subee was apparently harassed a bunch by them as well.

I need to mention the fact Max's testimonials video was taken down because three of the people in it renounced their testimonies: Subee, ChaosPenguin, and Charlie. I also need to provide more proof for the phone call being doctored.

Max went public with the story is because Spencer wanted him to.
Spencer is also the person who started gathering survivors in a server.
Spencer was not elected financial advisors by the other survivors. (Victim A's word)
The other survivors are FURIOUS that their information is out there
The other survivors are mad at Max and Spencer for engaging in arguments with commentary channels.
Spencer convinced them all that Camden would put them in mortal danger

I still feel really bad for Victim A (Eli) and Victim B (Ishmael).
These girls were tweens when this all went down and thus very impressionable. Both were sextorted, but considering how much intimate knowledge Spencer holds about Jiamara, I don't believe they were sextorted by Camden (ALLEDGEDLY).
I believe Spencer was the primary sextorter and enforcer of the "Cult" (she uses air quotes whenever referring to it as a cult).
I don't think the Australian girl is real, or at least that her role wasn't as prominent. I speculate that all of the shit that Aussie Girl, Carrie (IRL friend of spencer who got her into the cult), and Jiamara are all things Spencer has either made up or projected what she's done onto other people.
