I completely agree, I have a feeling that ppl or maybe the state tried to help him in the past but his delusions of being a famous celeb mess up any chance of that working out. Most states will help people who are mentally ill, but those people have to be willing to do what the state asks. People like Daniel could get state help with housing but I think he already fucked that up.

My wife's old job was to take people like Daniel out into the community and help integrate them into society in what little way they can. She would tell me about all the free things her retards (that's exactly how she put it lol) would get from the state, county and federal government.
As long as her card were willing to behave at the group home and follow the rules, they pretty much would want want for anything.
That being said she told me some of the group homes she would visit are pretty bad especially if the staff is majority black or Mexican, they're pretty nasty to the retards that live there.

Yep! they’ve been full. They won’t really turn people away tho, just bussing to a different county’s warming shelter. Also churches are open, truly if he needs a place to keep warm he can find one. There are people roughing it on the street tho, which is horrifying.

I don't think they can turn you away from a warming centers since due to the cold possibly being fatal, I know the have little shelters her that run all day then have emergency shelters for over night. I don't think they can turn anyone away.
Daniel is actually terrible at being homeless, why he doesn't just put a stolen tent up with a few stolen heaters in I'll never understand. He would just rather ride public transportation all day and who know what he does at night. I'm sure there are plenty of abandoned homes with utilities still on he can post up in but he never seems to do that.

Did the school you went to ever have retards in it? The ones I saw basically had an aide with them throughout the entire day, practically telling them the answers to the questions, sometimes "interpreting" their gibberish and straight up doing the work for them.
