Given that its been inhabited by troon creatures for a long period of time, I'm guessing that the actual structure is unsalvageable and should be torn down. The land is littered with alpaca corpses, so that's another weeks long cleanup.
The location is good (small airport nearby), there's good trout fishing in the creeks a few kilometres up the road, and there's likely good hunting in the hills. The soil and climate are wholly unsuitable for crop farming and the winters are too harsh for most livestock. We (KiwiFarms) could easily rustle up enough money and buy this property after some extensive negotiations to knock down the price. The remainder would go towards the building demolition, cleanup effort, and corpse disposal.
I think raising a non-denominational church (all true Christians welcome to pray on Sundays) here would be a good idea. The church could generate its upkeep through weddings (and Lord forbid, funerals). It would placate the spirits of the poor dead animals (alpacas, chickens, goats, etc.), establish good relations with the local community, and it would make the troon creatures seeth and rage as we single Gospel music and praise the Lord. If this church plan does go ahead (Church of Christian Unity?) I will be happy to take up the violin again and learn all the necessary Gospel hymns, wedding songs, and funeral music. If we have enough money left over, we could get a piano too.
All in favor of the Church of Christian Unity, say Deus Vult!
