This possible illegal RP group case is dead in the water since Max's involvement. I keep repeating this to emphasize that Max has a PAST with Spencer, and Spencer has admitted to contributing to hurting many of the victims involved. She was the one to search for most of them, not Camden. She could have said no at any point and gone to the cops, but she never did.
