Is this actually a same-day response? It's a good comeback, and I like the attempt to stop Russ from cluttering up the court with more worthless filings that would require a response.

Nool is getting some good lawyerin' for his merch money.
The tenth circuit deserves this Gong show. They literally asked for it and it's entertaining as hell to watch.

Lol, I love the subtle meta dig in responding so rapidly.
It wouldn't surprise me if Harden had correctly predicted that Russ would want to file a Reply to the Answer, and already had an opposition to that written. But adding that paragraph to it about Russ's inability to count was a nice little extra fuck-you.

Does the court give a shit if filings are "strategic"?

It is an adversarial system as Russ likes to say
If it wastes the court's time, sure. And if you're petty in opposing discretionary things like extensions a lot, the judge probably won't feel like giving you your extensions either.

In this case there's nothing improper about Hardin filing those motions at the same time, though. It'll actually be more efficient for the judge to consider some of them at the same time.

Oh lordy, do I know some people with a strong future in law if we can find a consistent route to the roshambo resolution.

Making Russ have to fight Google is a funny idea, but what are the odds Google's response is "We don't wanna be yoked with the horrible murder site kiwifarms, so how about we settle this out by pressing a button to utterly obliterate them from the internet forever"
Google is already fucking with KF's search results, so it'd be BAU.

I'm rooting for (but not expecting) Google's legal counsel to go thermonuclear on Russhole should be bring Google into the suit. Think along the lines of the AGT suit plus Acerthorn's ongoing jihad on Google.

Either way, kino is back on the menu for us Russtorians.

I didn't even catch that Russ's filing requested an "extension" for a reply to Null's answer, thus requesting permission to reply to the answer at all. Nice to see the judge seeming to agree that the answer doesn't need a reply at the moment.
