Well, yeah, I don't post in here, and I mostly get my info on him from Mati segments. Haven't watched him since the Rittenhouse trial. Maybe 'good points' isn't the right way of putting it, but I think he made a good case to not sue, in my opinion. With Nick not being a good lawyer, I think if a good lawyer actually looked at it and was arguing on the side of Epik, they could make an even better case as to why Null shouldn't sue. And if it does go to court, they would have a lot better lawyers than a Balldo boy.

In implying that someone lied under oath, Nick says he is not accusing anyone of anything. Just asking questions about a lawsuit. Nick loves everyone and he just wants to understand.

He talks in a self-serving way about per se defamation and doesn't tie it back to the situation being discussed here. He trys to bring in section 230 and somehow say that section 230 somehow enables defamation of websites without recourse.

And Nick says that lying about "US authorities" taking action against a website is in no way defamatory. He just isn't sure how publicly falsely saying that an entity is subject to actions by law enforcement could possibly be defamatory.

Yeah I tuned out after a couple of minutes of the "commentary" because he was very transparently doing his usual passive aggressive routine of badly pretending not to seethe while loosely feigning objectivity.
