There's some medications that women will not be prescribed without pregnancy testing or a co-prescription for birth control due to impacts on the fetus. An acquaintance who had a full hysterectomy due to cancer was still required by the hospital to test negative for pregnancy before they would administer chemotherapy. These quacks think it's OK to not just give cross sex hormones but do a major surgery on a secondary reproductive organ without even checking for pregnancy??

It's mind boggling how irresponsible these butchers are to not check women for this kind of shit before giving them rotdog juice and putting them under the knife.

I had first stage RFF phallo with Mr Christopher, UK, in June 2023.

I've seen a few posts regarding sh scars and phallo, so wanted to share some pics, in case this can help anyone in a similar circumstance.

Scars were quite significant and formed over a period of about 10 years, some fairly large, but were at least 3 years old at the time of surgery.

My surgeon performed a prep/exploratory surgery before hand to check for circulation, where the flap was lifted and replaced, in Feb 2020. This all went fine, and I was told if it heals well, then all would be fine to go ahead for stage 1.

Stage 1 went really well, and I was lucky and had 0 complications.

In terms of sensation, my surgeon informed me, as long as I could feel sensation on my arm/scars that this should not effect the results of sensation. At 7 months post op, I now have fairly good sensation, I can feel most of the shaft, as well as cold temp at the base and tip, so hopefully this will only get better in time.

In terms of aesthetics, He does have some dips/raised bits on the larger scars, that you can feel when touching, but this does not bother me, and I joke that he has natural ribbing, for others pleasure! haha!

The scars do not bother me at all, and I love my dick very much, and would not change it.

I had SRS over a year ago and I haven't been keeping up with dilation.​

I'm extremely desperate at this point and I can't believe I'm posting this because I know how awful this all is but here we go,

I had SRS (MtF) in October of 2022 and I was really good at keeping up with dilation, I did everything I was supposed to do until around the summer of 2023 when I fell into possibly the worst depression of my entire life. I haven't dilated since the summer of 2023 and the depth of the site is around 2 inches at best in this current time.

I feel like I need to add context to this, I'm 20 years old and I got the surgery right before my 19th birthday. I am extremely lucky to have it done so quickly after I was of age but I think I f-ed the whole thing up. Like I said before, I was genuinely fine until last summer. During the summer I experienced the most intense depression, I couldn't get out of bed, I couldn't eat much, I couldn't shower or take care of myself properly and I live at home with my parents without a job and I already am done with school so there's not much for me to do so I genuinely just rotted in bed for so long.

I haven't seen or been contacted by the surgeon or their office since the beginning of 2023. I am absolutely terrified to go back because of what happened and how much depth I've lost. It's a long trip and extremely difficult for me to get to the office because of my various anxiety disorders but I know I need to go back ASAP, I've let this go on for too long.
My question is, does anyone know what will happen to the site? Will it collapse? Is it possible to get any depth back? and will I have to get a revision surgery of sorts?

I know this seems like an easy Google search but my situation is so specific and I want to know what other trans women have to say so...yeah.

I'm genuinely interested in seeing if this guy is a child transitioner. He says he had peritoneal vaginoplasty (same as Jazz I believe) so that might suggest he couldn't get penile inversion due to having his puberty blocked.

In fact, this kid seems very similar to Jazz. SRS just after turning 18. Same post-op depression. Same laziness with dilating. no job. anxiety.

Just sad tbh. The medical/psychiatric community failed this girl so badly. How could any ethical doctor look at self harm scars and then continue the surgery? So many of these girls are BPD, Autistic, or dealing with trauma, and they’ve got money hungry quacks telling them that the only way to make them feel normal is to mutilate themselves.

Considering how deep and how extensive the scarring is on these quick tit-chop hackjobs are, I very much doubt it would help much. It might make the fibrotic tissue temporarily more pliable, but she will always look like her torso had been torn open.
