These are the fruits of the tumblr exodus, from when they banned porn. Which, if memory serves correctly, was done cause there was a lot of underaged erp. And seeing how schizo Xitter and Reddit is, it seems to be that the social medias that allow porn tend to get the most insane people.
To another point, this shows why you shouldn't go to centralized social media sites, but go decentralized.

Between that and wanting 'allies', they're making a good case that we're at war.
I don't beleive that (feds), but they really seem to want to push that button.

I didn't really watch much of her back then, and that was a big reason why. The bit I did watch of her, I got very "Always the victim" vibes from her.
You can only hear, "This character is sexist, this scene is dehumanizing women" so many times before you click off and watch something else.

Part of me wants to hope that Emile will make it out of this ok and history doesn't repeat itself again like with Alec. Emile's autisticly cringey and weird, but he's got a lot of enthusiasm for his LPs and the effort he puts into them, compared to the retards nowadays that do it all for clout and money. Always find it strange how these people love to use their own self-diagnosed autism to get out of situations like this, but for people like Emile there's apparently no excuses and they must be sacrificed to appease the mob.

yeahhhhhh..this sounds like he either tried to an hero or had some form of mental breakdown. the heavy medication and the "he told us in that call that we should stay away from him" leaves me to believe he might still try something if he ever gets a chance.
he clearly sees himself as a bad person now and he wants his friends to get away so they do not need to suffer the same fate as him. these people have ruined someones life all because a troon was feeling petty and a bunch of other ex friends jumped on the train along with him.
if you were to go just by the reactions of people on twitter you would think chugga was some type of prolific pedophile who has been grooming fans for most of his time online and even going as far as just outright sexually assaulting them in person when he had the chance. but in reality he did none of that.
he was guilty of doing cringe rp shit but it never seemed to be forced and the other person involved even says they looked back at those days fondly until recently. he might have been a foot guy but even thats not really that big of a deal. in the end the worst thing chugga ever did was befriend the people who would later turn on him the second they smelled blood.
if there is any positives to be had here its that so far it seems like chugga somehow still has his girlfriend and tim supporting him. i hope he can recover from this and that he was smart and saved up money these past couple years because hes gonna need it.

I make no secret I hate Chugga, but I have no beef against Emile himself. He's a turboautist manchild that has a bad habit of buying friendship, but never once did I get the idea that was intentional, and even his reaction to all this being to try to protect his friends says it all. He's a good guy at heart, and the idea that he would think himself this irredeemable monster is fucking tragic.

Call me optimistic but I really hope Jon is noble enough to support an old friend in his time of need. I know it's unlikely because of him being a turbolib canuck but it would be great to see him not be the piece of shit we're expecting.

I think the implication is Chugga OD'd (either accidentally or as a suicide attempt) and Tim doesn't want people trying to blame others for pushing him to that (becuase unlike the accusers, Tim actually keeps in mind how people online react to things).
I suppose so. It's just a bit of the vagueposting or uncertainty that's bothering me. All this situation is unfolding into a kind of mess, I'm not even sure what to say or where to begin.

Reading that just made my stomach bunch up a little. I guess you can only have so much hope before reality sets in. It's horrifying to think that any stupid thing you do online could come back to haunt you even almost 15 years later. I seriously can't believe that Emile is going to be branded a nonce by the public for behavior that, while inappropriate, hardly did any damage to anyone.
While we're on the topic, what's the general concensus here about the old messages? I think I'm on the same page as you guys with it ultimately not mattering too much but I'm conflicted with how difficult the situation is. I certainly don't think he's a pedophile but at the same time he absolutely should've known better than to be talking inappropriately with a 15 year old when he was 19, though maybe that's just me looking at it through a modern lense.
