I was basically raised by farmer Grandfather, Patrick is wrong. Only certain crops will hire seasonal labours others will hire someone to help out all year round. The further south you go the more often farms get raided for illegal immigrants. Nowadays it's the food processing plants hiring them with chicken processing places being the most common right now.
