We have seen women get physically threatened or assaulted (chair throw, headbutting, and mallet toss) with production refusing to properly remedy the situation in the name of "content," allowing the violence to escalate. Then they allowed a self proclaimed rapist to stay in a room with a sexual abuse victim. Now, we have blatant animal abuse and sexual assault by a member of production. No matter how people feel about it, legally speaking a drunk person can not consent. On top of that, people have less leeway for people in legitimate positions of power like Frank in this situation. He and fellow staff determine punishments and prizes.

This is liability central. If Sam has any legal counsel at all, they need to batter down the door to the basement now. Whoever is making the decision to let this continue needs to be gone.

One problem with that is that since this is the second season we can see what clout is associated with being a Fishtank contestant and it's effectively zero.

Truth or dare is a sexual game. It always has been. Oh most people under 20 are living off scraps (atleast what I've seen) but were even worse than the precious moments/ beanie baby generation. If you sat most of the zoomer and under types down and explained that your paying for services that suck and then paying for said peoples merch it all ads up. none of it will be useful in the future. This season could have gone much better if production had studied the fish, even just a little, and tried tailoring things a bit more.

TJ has made the biggest leap in terms of likeability and personal growth; if he's not the only fish they managed well, he's certainly the one they managed best. And it was probably luck, but getting constantly mocked and punched to hell by the Judge worked for him. He found some assertiveness, it made him more entertaining, it created the almighty Content.

Maybe Meg and JC never would have lasted two weeks but you gotta think if they played it smarter they could have milked it for more. To say nothing of Cole and Brian, or the disaster that was Jimmy's tardrage.

Not trying to moralfag here, it's just business sense. You need employees (fish) to work for you, you want them to work well, you have to manage them.

TJ had to be walked through all his growth because he was too retarded to do it on his own, and he can't maintain any of it if he's not being coached by Jet or Sam. He should already be gone and if he makes it to the final 2 its absurd.
