You couldn't put your shoes on correctly, but you somehow managed to board the plane? Meaning you were able to figure out how to check in and get through TSA?

Side note: The rape kits performed in an ER setting are meant to be used as actual evidence for a potential criminal proceeding. The patient needs to consent, typically written, to the examination. It's usually required that people who are drunk or otherwise incapacitated in their decision making abilities are allowed to sober up prior to being asked for consent. However, there are some situations where the consent might be given by someone other than patient, but this is usually when there are questions of the person ever being able to consent (ie they need guardianship).
