I'm no expert in this matter, but I'd assume a green card is a non-starter until Pantsu and him finalize their divorce, much less all the other issues involved.

Correct. He’d have to get the divorce, then get the paperwork in order to bring Deni back to the US with him. Then he’d have to set up house somewhere on the US side of the border, marry Deni, then once that’s done she’s got permanent residency and can start the long process towards full citizenship.

What that takes is a LOT of money. Ethan Ralph is a person who already has child support payments for one kid he can barley pay even though Faith cut him a ton of slack and gave him a sweet deal paying less than he could have while keeping his finances out of court. May, on the other hand, has made it clear she has no intention of showing Ethan any mercy in court. That means that he’s going to end up saddled with $2k+ in child support payments per month.

Theres just no way he can move back to the US and pay $2k rent on top of $2k in support payments plus back taxes and food/liquor/pills. He’s lying to Deni about all of this but she’ll find out soon enough.

Ralph will never be able to import a 3rd world bride in to the USA. Ralph must be able to prove he can support and sponsor any 90 day fiancé or spouse to obtain her a visa and green card, which is he not capable of doing. He would have to have reported his income honestly to the IRS to prove his ability to support her for two years upon arrival. Ralph being a total retard with the IRS will prevent him from ever buying a third world bride.

Ralph doesn’t have the money to buy Dani the lifestyle she wants in Mexico or the USA. I’m not even sure he will last a stepping stone until the next gringo on Tinder that falls in “love” with her. It’s not just the money but Ralph is just too gross and needy.

Checking the rules for K1 Visa applications. Of course, Ralph is still legally married so there’s one rule broken but he’s going to eventually be divorced so that’ll be out of the way. This one won’t, though.

• The U.S. citizen sponsor must meet the income requirements for a K-1 visa, namely the adjusted gross income on their most recent tax return must equal to at least 100% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. They may use a joint sponsor if they are not able to meet the income requirement on their own.

First off, Ethan Ralph filed financial info to the Court in Rochester NY pleading poverty in order to get a free lawyer.

Second, the folks at the US Embassy/Consulate are going to want to see recent tax returns proving income. Ralph hasn’t filed taxes in many years and is avoiding doing so because of the money he would owe, penalties accrued, legal repercussions for not filing.

So there’s absolutely no way for Ethan Ralph to bring Deni to the US and marry her. He’d have to have his divorce/custody case with Meigh finalized, explain why he was poor enough to require a public defender in that case yet somehow has enough income to qualify at the time of the Visa application AND clear his trouble with the IRS beforehand and bring in recent tax returns to to US Embassy at time of application proving sufficient income.

Sorry Denibros, the dream is over.

Slight powerlevel, but I'll try to keep it as fact based as I can cause it's not about me, but I just recently had to deal with immigration last year when we applied for my wife's green card. Luckily, we are two competent adults with all our documents, otherwise it would have been a nightmare. The amount of paperwork, money and provided documentation you need to get the ball rolling is insane. Just filing the paperwork was like 2 grand. On top of that is cost for certified and notarized copies of things like birth certificates, passports and pictures of the two of us together. Then there was the $800 visit to a civil surgeon for his checkup and John Hancock. You have to know what to send, where to send it and how much money you need to pay. Also, Ralph would need to make 125% of the federal poverty guidelines to qualify as a sponsor. Again, luckily for me I'm not a broke dick bum and easily qualified. Keep in mind, we are both in the US and she came here through legal means, so our situation really was a best case scenario. Trying to get Patsuela a permanent residency in the US requires time, patience and resources that Gunt simply does not have.

Edit: I forgot to mention, they also want transcripts of the last 3 years worth of tax returns, so piggy would be up shit creek regardless.
