Stake.US seemed like the more reasonable site to use for tax purposes and legality, especially since lots of major streamers use it to gamble with. It seems like what bossman is doing on BC game is very grey area legal if not illegal.

I don't think he can be telling his chat to "just use a VPN" to access this casino website. He seems like he may end up compromising his sponsorship or having to leave the country to continue this deal.

For BC game to continue to sponsor this US citizen on a VPN they're just saying fuck the laws and regulations.

Their TOS states:
5.2. JURISDICTIONS. Persons located in or residents of Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Costa Rica, France, Netherlands, Saba, Statia, St Martin, USA (the ”Prohibited Jurisdictions”) are not permitted make use of the Service. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing restrictions on engaging in real-money play from Prohibited Jurisdictions applies equally to residents and citizens of other nations while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Any attempt to circumvent the restrictions on play by any persons located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction or Restricted Jurisdiction, is a breach of this Agreement. An attempt at circumvention includes, but is not limited to, manipulating the information used by BC.GAME to identify your location and providing BC.GAME with false or misleading information regarding your location or place of residence.

6. Know your Customer (“KYC”)

BC.GAME reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation it deems necessary to determine the identity and location of a User. BC.GAME reserves the right to restrict service and payment until identity is sufficiently determined.

I dunno. Sounds like he's fucked, in addition to all of the people he kept telling earlier in the chat "yeah dude, sign up with my code BOSSMAN. No, you won't have any problems getting your money bro, they told me so!!"

Someone at BC Game has seen his streams if they approached him about a sponsorship, and he sounds like the most American wigger of all time - did they not think to do even the most basic of due diligence and ask about his location? This whole thing is weird.

My dreams for Austin's riced out Civic with annoyingly loud exhaust and unnecessarily large rear wing have been felted.

The big streamers actually gamble on Stake.COM, I believe only Adin Ross uses .US

I wonder if it's insurance against the (almost impossible) chance he does win big and try to cash out. Immediately hit him with some KYC forms until he does a "I want to KMS" pity party on stream.
Probably not. Just like with BMJ's accusations of Stake rigging games, it's just not worth it to them. The optics of refusing to pay someone out, especially a streamer where there's gonna be clips and shit of it, would likely cost them more than whatever BMJ might win, especially since there's a better than even chance they'd be getting most of it back in short order given he's a literal retard.

Surely BC knew his situation when they offered him the sponsorship. I wonder if it's insurance against the (almost impossible) chance he does win big and try to cash out. Immediately hit him with some KYC forms until he does a "I want to KMS" pity party on stream.
It's also possible they're just fucking with him. It's not like there aren't companies that'll just troll and be stupid (epik).

I could be exaggerating in my post I made above but I don't have much knowledge of US streamers sponsored by BC game.

I decided to be super autistic and replicated this wheel game in C. What I mean is the program plays it automatically with the theoretical best strategy (Martingale strategy) and shows you how long it takes to lose. It always loses given enough time so it's possible that the game's RNG isn't completely rigged. It's mathematically in the houses favor of course but it's probably not downright cheating. Here is the .c file, AFAIK it'll only work on Linux, sorry Microshitters.

Edit: there's actually a point where the ratio of starting money to base bet value makes it a statistical anomaly for you to lose. Again, given enough time the statistical anomaly will happen but for instance this last time I ran it with a starting money of $10k with base bet of $5 and it lasted for 87,720 spins and reached a maximum value of $152k.
Edit edit: It occurs to me that the way I decided to generate random numbers might not work the same on everyone's machine, even on the same distributions of Linux :story: so if it behaves strangely for you then sorry but it works on my machine.
What am i missing? Isn't it 0.5 probability each way win/lose? And kinda favors the player due to multipliers. Maybe the white sides are slightly wider, or game is rigged.

I just want Austin to win a million dollars, I want the best for him, and I want him to be able to withdraw it. BC.game gives me exit scam vibes. The vault giving you interest, jumping through hoops to withdraw, and gameifying depositing money with quests. It all just rubs me the wrong way.

Could just be because I'm not a degen and all casinos rub me the wrong way to some extent though.

Fellow gambalar, juicer friend and fat boring faggot RambleGamble is sponsored by bc.game and seems to be doing okay. To all the doomposters here I'd say remain optimistic. There's definitely a loophole somewhere.

Civicbros it ain't over yet.

Edit: RambleGamble is NOT with bc.game, he is with Rollbit, I am gay and retarded and also it's over civicbros et cetera.

Edit edit: RambleGamble IS with bc.game, I'm still gay and retarded but civicbros we're so fucking back.

Eh, you could be right but I think a lot of these casino tactics are just free market competition with the bigger dogs like Stake. There's a reason why they decided to pay boss over 3 times more than what he was making with Stake, they have to compete with Stake by having their own sponsored gambling streamers.

Surprised that Bossman only did 1 stream since starting his BC sponsorship arc officially.
He couldn't even hide his disappointment when losing blackjack hands though, couldn't even feign excitement.

He's got $1k in the vault and plans to cash it out because that's "his money". So KYC incoming I guess.
