And a physical test, ie college sports without guaranteed female only sports, absolutely does discriminate.

Hey, we need to talk about all of the anti-trans bills and specifically how I report on things. So things are getting really tough right now. There are, by my count, 230 anti-trans bills released in like the first couple of weeks in January this year.

And typically, whenever I report on things, you'll see that the background of my lights, they're a different color. And that color that they are is dependent on what I'm talking about. So if it's a really bad bill, you're going to see red or orange in my background. And if it's a good bill, you're going to see green. Other colors are like humor or informational things. This color right here is for whenever I'm talking directly to you.

Now typically, I try to have a pretty even mix of green and red videos because I don't want to hit you with bad news every single day about all of the bad legislation out there. Sometimes I want to give you good news, news that I can put a green light on in the background for. Unfortunately right now, that's hard, because there's so, so many really bad anti-trans bills moving across the United States.

And so my account's going to be a little tough for a little while. I'm going to be talking about these a lot. I'm going to try to have as many good things as possible to talk about, but I just wanted to warn you, things are hard right now. And if you're not trans and not queer, please, understand how hard this is for all of your trans and queer siblings and all of your trans and queer friends and co-workers. We're struggling right now, but we're doing as good as we can. Anyway, stay strong out there.

The tide is well and truly turning. I knew it was starting to a couple years ago when Pew released this poll regarding trans issues and saw that Americans are largely terfs. Or rather, reality based. Generally we all agree that trannies shouldn't be discriminated against in terms of jobs or housing, but they aren't the opposite sex, and thus should use the facilities for their sex. Of course to these cluster b faggots, that is exactly the same as wanting to see them dead.

If you notice, the bills being advanced are along those same lines. There's not a bill yet that actually discriminates against trannies. No one is calling for them to not have homes, or jobs, or closet themselves away from public view. Just limitations on health care (which is good for their long-term health, something they don't understand), what facilities they can use, and what can be done to children. If I'm wrong, please point that out, because I hate being wrong. I also don't want to go through and find all 230 bills Tony's bitching about.

The American public clearly agree with these bills, unless you believe that a reputable polling company like fucking Pew is shady and biased.

I don't know if I fully buy the idea of microexpressions being a subconscious expression of a persons true thoughts. It seems like pseudoscience. But Tony is definitely trying not to smile while he delivers the terrible, awful, no-good news of 200 billion anti-trans laws.

Which to me says he has a persecution fetish too, because he sure looks like he's getting off on the idea of ~trans genocide~ right there. If he was truly somber and distressed by this news, he wouldn't be fighting a smile like that.
