BreadTube - The Unofficial ContraPoints Dickriders Club and the culture / drama surrounding the community.

It's funny you said that - -Sarah Z apparently JUST got married - with the caption "me and the bad bitch i pulled by being autistic"

Interesting timing with Lady Emily lashing out, considering the skinwalking and everything.

Zoomers only want to say they're autistic when it benefits them, like when they want to excuse their hyperfixations or their stimming (totally "real" stimming).
They don't want to talk about the negatives that come with the 'tism, because that's scary, and they'd have to admit that it's more than just a quirky diagnosis that's all about liking anime and trains and shit.

I've decided to stop following this thread as it seems to be mostly focused on Chuggaaconroy rather than the entire Beard Tube community. While I sympathize with Chugga, I think it's important to hear from his side of the story before making any judgments. Until then, I'd rather not participate in a thread that seems to be getting off-topic. I joined this community to laugh at lolcows from Beard Tube, not just to discuss Chugga's recent issues. It's been 11 days since the event, and I hope that this thread will eventually return to its original purpose. I'll check back in a few months to see if the talk of Chugga has died down and we're back to mocking Beard Tube personalities. Peace!

The sheer number of people pretending (self-IDing) to be autistic has completely nuked sympathy for autistic people.
"I told him that I still held him accountable and he said he respected that."
I'm glad Emile knows he's fucked up. The road's gonna be hard from here. No more collabs for a loooooong time.
Maybe he can do a partial pivot his channel and (quite frankly) obsession with shoes and start a B-channel where he reviews sneakers. That way he has a more healthy outlet for that than constantly talking about it with his peers.

This counts triple because he's autistic. He is, quite literally, disabled. He will not notice your stupid normalfag social cues and body language. You need to physically tell him that what he is doing is annoying or upsetting you because he likely not capable of noticing it himself. I won't say specifics but I've had to do this several times during my life when dealing with high-functioning autists, and it usually works immediately because they're not trying to be annoying or perverted or whatever, they literally just don't realize that they're coming off like that.

For all the effort these Twitter subhumans exert in trying to convince everyone of how accepting and accommodating they are, you'd think they'd be able to change their behavior slightly to help facilitate social interaction with someone who is "neurodivergent", but no, of course not. As with everything else, it's all lip service.
Yep, anyone who has ever dealt with autistics will tell you the same thing. And I may be thinking out loud here but I think "Emily" also knows all this. As sad as it is to say it's very easy to manipulate a good hearted autist and twist any action they take as being malicious even if none was intended on their end. I'm sure many who're struck with the tism' can tell of moments where they were percieved as being rude or whatever when they had no clue they were coming off as such. That shit is like candy to someone like "Emily". A simple "can you stop?" would've solved it but intentionally didn't because "she" knew the autist wouldn't take the hint and keep feeding into it.

Me too. I think I'll stop following for a while if no development crops up beyond Jon statement. I might even just go back to being inactive and lurk, since the saga is mostly over and there's probably not gonna be further development.

First of all, I do find Mr. Enter's point to be curious, now that he brings up the fact this supposed video that involved Lawly which kind of middles that specific evidence a bit. It does still makes me pissed that it's really had for this conversation to be really faked. But also, this Mother 4 thing. I've looked on twitter / facebook and couldn't find any mention of it. The unfortunate thing is, it's probably impossible to know the authenticity since it's on old AIM conversation (before moving said logs to Gaia Online. Ha... I just checked that site out for old time sakes) and its been 14+ years now. If this one is faked, it might put the evidence into doubt.

I do want to respectfully disagree on his point with Masae, but it's more so like... Maybe it's just due to my distrust but I really don't like believing someone or two just because someone is now suddenly saying that they feel uncomfortable about such things. Why not talk it over? Why go through the trouble to say that? What about the receipts? I guess technically youtube videos ARE the receipts, but... ugh. So cowardly. And such a hollow, at best, superficial friendship. If they had actually tried to talk about it privately and it still kept happening then sure.

Secondly, I DON'T get too... emotional, lack of better word, about someone, but... I feel quite relieved that Emile is able to try to make it through, all thanks to Tim's help. Almost feels like a weight is lifted off. The talk of social cues though has me still giving a loud tch to myself. Almost everything about this would never have had to happen if Emily (fuck you) actually bothered to just speak up about it instead of doing what she did like a freak, but what's past is past. He's also mentioned that he will make a statement about it, probably in a podcast, but that is likely in a distant future:

Thanks for all, Emile. It's ironic, but I think B2W2 finale being the last video before all this mess is quite a... touchè conclusion. Quite a bit of people only see the black and white, there is not much grey area to be found from most of them.

The people who speak the loudest about mental health online care the least; they want the good optics of being an "ally" and maybe acquaint themselves with a few mild autists who just like Sonic a bit too much to back up the image, but they don't want the commitment that actually comes with supporting mentally disabled people. Mental illness is unpredictable and dangerous, and the fact that any slightly quirky Twitter personality can get away with picking whichever one sounds coolest and slapping it in their bio has blinded people to that.

All this debacle has done is highlighted how much deeper Chugga's autism goes than he's let on publicly, and that makes me respect him more. Someone in his position could absolutely have milked it and threw a pity party for donations every few weeks to pay the bills, but instead he's gone above and beyond to do the thing he can do (making videos) to the best of his ability to make an honest living, while only bringing up his health conditions when it's actually relevant. The unfortunate part of this is it's easier for bad actors to portray him as a normal person acting maliciously, because to an outsider it could look that way. He's essentially the guy with the bad back and a limp who parks in a disabled spot, who gets shouted at because he's not in a wheelchair.

Yeah the talk about the validity of Lawly's evidence and chatlogs are interesting, but I completely disagree on him wholeheartedly trusting Masae or Antdude on the basis that neither of them have provided any receipts on what exactly Emile did wrong. Like come on dude, there's a reason why skeptics like us exists to tell whether or not a person is bullshitting when throwing a person under the bus.

Side Note: I fucking hate how we're dealing with two names that are way too similar to each other, "Emile" "Emily", could this faggot troon really not picked a more distinct name when discussing this drama? It gets confusing having to double check if I'm getting the right person in my mind reading about them.

It's the same reason why I pretend to be a trans woman on Twitter (I even have the tranny flag in my name) so people can't call me a chud or an incel when I say something racist or sexist.

Tbh, I'm kinda tired of all the crazy shit thats been happening these past few days now. This shit made me hate the absolute shit out of breadtubers so much so, that im just gonna tune out until some more stuff happens.

Wherever the hell Emile goes, I hope he continues to improve himself throughout this year.

Godspeed, Chugga. Godspeed.

Even with Emile and Masae having a long history, it really rubs me the wrong way when someone’s accusation is “this person did BAD THINGS 5+ years ago no I will not elaborate on what those things are or explain why it took me so long to come forward about any if it or provide proof for anything I’m saying but it was REALLY BAD you guys #believeallvictims”. It makes me think they’re lying by default.

honestly i blame this part of things on lack of social skills on both sides. i doubt masae was as direct as she thinks she was about whatever chugga did that made her uncomfortable and any attempt to get him to stop was most likely a comment made in passing and not a fully serious conversation. i also think she might have just found him annoying in general but never had the heart to say it so when these things came out she took that as her chance to voice her dislike of chugga. its very immature on her part and in my opinion makes her come off way worse than it does chugga. but then again anybody who voices their issues with someone over twitter and not directly to that person is rather childish and most likely not worth trusting.

The problem with Masae's comments were more the format and timing than the fact she said anything in the first place. They've clearly not been on good terms for a while and I can appreciate that that having fans asking about him constantly must get obnoxious, but a simple "Hey, Chugga and I don't get along so I'd rather not talk about him, please respect our privacy" would have shut down the majority of that without too much upset - but if you drop an entire thread full of all the usual callout post keywords while his public reputation's still crippled from another bad-faith callout, you know what you're doing, and I can't see you as either a good or neutral party in the situation.

The sheer number of people pretending (self-IDing) to be autistic has completely nuked sympathy for autistic people.
It genuinely makes me sick as someone who has autistic family members, as someone who's questioned if others are, as someone who has worked with autistic children and adults that people want to act like autism is "pattern recognition" or "Sheldon from Big Bang Theory" (Didn't there used to be an injoke in the show where Sheldon would CONSTANTLY deflect any claims of having autism and saying his parents had him tested? Even the writers felt it to be offensive to mark him as autistic just for a few traits.) Even when Emile says he was misdiagnosed, I know some quacks have had shittier opinions and made people lose livelihood for simply being "suddenly misdiagnosed" despite having something for years.

I fucking hate zoomers.

Don't mention it to them, you'll get negrated to hell. Just let it pass

Those logs are a painful reminder of how cringe the internet was during that time. There was really nothing that was off-limits to joke about, and a lot of very young deviantART/xanga/gaia girls would adopt that language without ever intending it in a sexual or edgy way. People communicated in cat noises and sO rAnDoM brinkmanship to prove their awkward credentials. It was just how it was, and more people were pseudonymous enough that age/gender/race had nothing to do with how people talked to each other. What a time capsule.
Nah man I prefer that old type of internet speech. It was a more innocent era of internet that didn't take itself too seriously.

I prefer people communicating in "meow!, I'm going to rape you!, XD, LAWLZ" way more than the zoomer wigger "bussin, rizz, nocap". The stupid thing about classic internet "so random XD" internet slang VS modern zoomer wigger Tik Tok speech is that before people used it to be funny and wacky while today people use the modern phrases not just because they find it funny but because it is trendy and makes them sound more cool saying it. Even the people who say it ironically think they're cooler and funnier for ironically doing it.

I especially prefer the old internet phrases than the modern easily offended overused screaming of "RACIST, SEXIST, TRANSPHOBIC, FASCIST, NAZI, PEDO!"

I do think you might be onto something. A lot of “black” slang comes from niggers being too retarded to say words like a normal human being. Case in point: boo vs beau
