The Last of Us Franchise - Because it's apparently a franchise now. This thread has been double-DMCA’d by Sony Interactive Entertainment.

This lazy slop is getting 9/10s. Not enough game "journalists" got laid off in the last round of firings for my liking.
Either Sony will prop up any of their games, no matter the cost, Cuckman is paying for those reviews from his pocket or the journofaggots consider TLOU2 the ultimate way to stick it to the chuds. There is no other valid explanation this shit should get anything beyond "0/10, buy the fucking PS4 version because it's the same."

Its a mixture of Sony having a strong grip within the industry and journalists both having no integrity and a lot of political bias. I recall some journalist/critic revealed in a podcast that they cant be honest about the product they are review, especially if its from powerful players within the entertainment industry and political in nature. These players can exclude them from special events at best or straight up get them fired at worst. Its ugly but welcome to this disgusting industry.

The Last of Us 2 has a horrid structure which really kills any chance of the story being good (not that it had any to begin with). Cuckmann is a hack who couldn't cobble together a very simple revenge plot without making it a stupid mess. I'm going to fix it for free.

We all know the story of this shitshow, but I'll quickly recap anyway:
  1. Quick introduction to Ellie and her girlfriend
  2. Joel in one!
  3. Revenge quest commences, Ellie's girlfriend gets pregnanted and later on Tommy's life gets threatened by Abbyzilla
  4. You play as Abbyzilla for 8 hours, experiencing the lives of her and other bland characters to the fullest until you eventually catch up to the story
  5. Abbyzilla and Ellie fight but it's cut short
  6. Cut to years later where the baby is born but Ellie wants to kill Abbyzilla coz PTSD
  7. You play as Abbyzilla and you get to see how she got captured
  8. You play as Ellie again and you track down Abbyzilla and then you spare her life
Needless to say it's a mess. However, I fixed Neil Cuckmann's first draft in about 2-3 minutes of brainstorming without changing the story:
  1. Joel's circle finds out about Abbyzilla's plans to kill him. Joel, Tommy, Ellie and her girlfriend prepare to defend against Abbyzilla's gang (this is how you get properly introduced to adult Ellie without random flashbacks)
  2. You play as Abbyzilla as she embarks on her quest to kill Joel and you eventually see his death from her perspective
  3. Ellie is deeply emotionally affected by Joel's death. She leaves her girlfriend behind and embarks on a revenge quest with Tommy and the Asian dude
  4. When she finally confronts Abbyzilla they fight. At some point in the fight they both realize what they have turned into in the name of revenge. In a shared attempt to end this cycle of violence they decide to never cross paths again.
  5. Ellie returns home and discovers that her girlfriend has been pregnant for nearly 9 months (let's say Ellie's quest lasted like 3-4 months). The baby is born a week later and our tragic story ends with a new beginning.
There you go! Now you have a reason to care about the adult Ellie and sympathize with her when she makes questionable decisions. By putting the Abbyzilla gameplay before the player sees Joel's death you have a point of comparison once Ellie embarks on her revenge quest. It still doesn't expand on the original game in any meaningful way and it's a pointless sequel, but at least now it makes sense.

Neil Druckmann got himself a TLOU tattoo, of Abby's hammer, out of all things. Yes, the hammer that she uses in the Seraphites fight (?) that breaks after like only 10 hits:

Can someone check Cuckmann's ass to make sure that he didn't get the Abby boat scene tattoo done over there?

I was shocked when I found out Cuckman is married with children. Everything about the man's appearance and personality screams cock lust.

I snickered a bit to see Cuckmann has a much more feminine arm than his sexual alter ego Abby.
I was shocked when I found out Cuckman is married with children. Everything about the man's appearance and personality screams untalented, uncreative Jewish cuck that wants to be a filmmaker even more than Kojima.
Right?!

This man truly is delusional. No joke or exaggeration, he is legit demonstrating signs of delusions of grandeur.

He is part of "the tribe" and he wears that on his sleeve soooo....

He is divorcing/divorced.

The truly hilarious part of the tattoo isn't that it's an 'iconic' hammer that exists for one scene but that Cuckmann chose that over Ellie's tattoo, a golf club or the serial number of his TLOU 2 disc.

There's so much citations needed when these people over at Naughty Dog called Abby's hammer "iconic." How is it iconic?
It's the xitter user who called it iconic.

The true iconic weapon is the Golf Club.

"Armstrong's Club"

50% extra damage on normal enemies
25% bleed chance (increases per hit)
+100% durability
+60% faster switching with shotguns

Iconic effects
Unlocks the finisher "Joel-in-One" on enemies named Joel

Edit: I wonder if Cyberpunk 2077 already has a mod for unique weapons that also have unique kill animations.

Speaking of which, someone mentioned that Cuckmann got divorced, or filed for divorce, a while back. Has there been any updates about it?

And Cuckmann only realized now, or he already knew before but chose not to disclose that, about the mixed feelings he had about the misleading trailers for TLOU2.

And Metacritic is still on damage control duty, with negative reviews of TLOU2 Resold conveniently being disappeared:
